The hotel.was okay. In a central area with great access to transportation. Staff was very friendly.

Hotel staff is not on one line with each other. The website offers amenity however the staff is not aware of it. Like storage of luggage or laundry service.

Perfect location for the bus terminal, room was spotless, staff were super friendly and hotel was accommodating when I needed to change the dates of my stay after I sent them a message with the request.

I didn’t know there was breakfast. Location was easy walk from the terminal.

No lock on the door, besides electric key. No restaurant/ food at night besides snacks, but understandable. No TV guide

Pluses: Location is the best. Metro, bus hub, airport bus. Hot water in the shower is ok Room overall is ok There are some small shops, google it. Not very near but you can find.

Minuses: One star I took away, because there is nowhere to take hot water for coffee or tea. A reception guy suggested to buy a bottle of water to microwave it. But it has no sense. Shower in my room was broken, all floor in the bathroom was full of water, there wasn’t drain for water to go. But I believe, in other rooms could be much better. So I am not taking away a star for this. Overall room is good to stay here.

This hotel is very close to the bus station and i arrived at 1 am. Someone was there to greet me.

No one spoke any English. I made the VA mistake of reading the Google reviews before arriving and really freaked myself out. There are no locks on the inside of the doors but i just put my heavy bag there. You'll be fine. The night guard showed me to my room and sprayed some spray all around before he left?
