We greatly appreciated the hotel staff, especially the young woman at the front desk. She demonstrated exceptional human qualities—always attentive, very patient, and smiling. Fluent in English, she helped us with many things, and we want to extend a big thank you to her. The hotel has a charming and tasteful style, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast is very enjoyable, the room spacious and clean, with nothing to complain about. The establishment offers excellent value for money and is ideally located in the historic center of Quito, near Roulin. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The location is unbeatable, right in Quito’s historic center, perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. One of the highlights was the breakfast. I had requested in advance for it to be adapted to my dietary needs (gluten-free and dairy-free), and they kindly accommodated me. The breakfast was fresh, filling, and thoughtfully prepared. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Quito.

The hotel is cozy, with charming old creaky floorboards, lovely plants, and atmospheric lighting. The room is spacious, and there's hot water in the shower. It’s also warm enough in the room. Breakfast includes juice, coffee, eggs, warm croissants, jams, butter, cheese, and fruit. The best hotel breakfast I’ve had in South America. The staff is friendly. The location is also good, with many bus stops nearby. Great value for money.

I arrived at night with a transfer arranged through the hotel. The door wasn't opened, and I had to wait for 15 minutes. Fortunately, the taxi driver didn’t leave. The Wi-Fi upstairs is sometimes quite slow, and the walls are very thin — you can clearly hear people talking through them.

The B&B was very cozy since they opened the door. The staff were extremely helpful and patient with us, we were 13 people traveling together and they were flexible with our breakfast schedule before our tours. The rooms were comfortable and spacious.

The property itself was perfect, the walkway in front of building can be a little loud at night and we saw a couple of people fighting. The B&B has a locked door that only staff can open from inside if you are coming in though, so we never felt unsafe, just something to note.

The location was near the public transit. Lots of shops are within walking distance. The breakfast was extra delicious, cooked to order, and presented beautifully. The staff went above and beyond to help us out with everything we needed. My husband ate some street food, got sick, and they called the medical for him, had him checked out, and went next door with me to the pharmacy to make sure I got the right medicine since I don't speak Spanish.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The atrium is beautiful. The interior of the hotel is extremely quiet. The breakfast is complete and delicious. The staff is kind and helpful. The location is close to all the sites in the Centro Historico.

I stayed here twice for two days each, on the way to/from the Galapagos. The first stay, I was in a room with a very hard bed and a small bathroom, and it had a window to the landing, which made it feel insecure. The second time, I had one of the rooms facing the street, which was more noisy, but otherwise was better in every way - it was spacious with plenty of natural light, and the bed was comfortable. In both rooms, the electric light was weak.

We stayed here for three nights. The room was an ok size . The staff are very nice. They helped with a few questions regarding our stay in the area. Breakfast was nice. They cook eggs the way you want. Because of the layout of the hotel you might hear guests coming and going. This hostel is close to local attractions. I also recommend you do a free walking tour from the community hostal which is only 4 mins walk away. I would stay here again.

We didn't like the fact that the shower was separate from the toilet and basin. The shower was quite small. The room was a little dark as the natural light came from the covered courtyard area.

Situated in a good spot to take public transportation, near Marine Central bus stop and Trolley Plaza Chica. Close to Plaza de Independencia, and several museums in Centro Histórico. The staff was excellent - kind, helpful, and willing to practice Spanish with me. Rooms were spotless, towel and soap provided.

As with all old buildings, creaky floors, which can make it difficult to sleep if a light sleeper, however, not sure in Centro Histórico you’re going to find anything different. Expected a kitchen to cook/make lunch or dinner, and that didn’t really exist.

We had a great stay at Mia Leticia. +The hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming. +They were happy to prepare an earlier breakfast than usual for us due to our early bus, which was really helpful. +The breakfast itself was the best we’ve had in South America! +The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. +Good double bed and bedding, Smart TV and lamp +Very close to the centre of the city, 5 minutes walk -The bathroom could use a refresh and the extractor fan needs fixing to reduce humidity. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Location can be treated as a advantage or disadvantage. It's on the edge of historic centre and it's well communicated. On the other hand city centre isn't safe after sunset and it's noisy from a street. The hostel itself looks good and has a nice atmosphere. Room was clean and spacious. The person with whom I talked before my arrival was very helpful.

I don't know why there was mentioned private kitchenette in the room's description, there's nothing like that. There's no even a shared one - in patio is only coffee machine. However, I needed to ask staff every time I wanted a coffee. TV was also mentioned and it was missing. I don't watch TV but I don't like when something should be offered but is not. A simple breakfast is served from 8am to 10am. In my opinion it should be adjusted to sunrise time so it should be served earlier.
