Situated in a good spot to take public transportation, near Marine Central bus stop and Trolley Plaza Chica. Close to Plaza de Independencia, and several museums in Centro Histórico. The staff was excellent - kind, helpful, and willing to practice Spanish with me. Rooms were spotless, towel and soap provided.

As with all old buildings, creaky floors, which can make it difficult to sleep if a light sleeper, however, not sure in Centro Histórico you’re going to find anything different. Expected a kitchen to cook/make lunch or dinner, and that didn’t really exist.

We had a great stay at Mia Leticia. +The hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming. +They were happy to prepare an earlier breakfast than usual for us due to our early bus, which was really helpful. +The breakfast itself was the best we’ve had in South America! +The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. +Good double bed and bedding, Smart TV and lamp +Very close to the centre of the city, 5 minutes walk -The bathroom could use a refresh and the extractor fan needs fixing to reduce humidity. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Location can be treated as a advantage or disadvantage. It's on the edge of historic centre and it's well communicated. On the other hand city centre isn't safe after sunset and it's noisy from a street. The hostel itself looks good and has a nice atmosphere. Room was clean and spacious. The person with whom I talked before my arrival was very helpful.

I don't know why there was mentioned private kitchenette in the room's description, there's nothing like that. There's no even a shared one - in patio is only coffee machine. However, I needed to ask staff every time I wanted a coffee. TV was also mentioned and it was missing. I don't watch TV but I don't like when something should be offered but is not. A simple breakfast is served from 8am to 10am. In my opinion it should be adjusted to sunrise time so it should be served earlier.

Beautifully furnished rooms. Very kind and helpful staff. A great breakfast with lots of options. Tea, coffee and filtered water available. They kept my bags while I was at the Galapagos saving me a lot of money instead of getting storage. Thank you!

The WiFi wasn’t super strong. Sometimes I had to take calls in the foyer but if you’re not working that shouldn’t be a problem. Close to a road so can be noisy at night. I had earplugs so was all good.

Located near centro and near bus lines. Comfortable room. Breakfast provided was filling. Friendly staff.

Our room had a window to the central courtyard which let light through at night, we used eyemasks.

I had an amazing stay here. Most friendly people, very spacious rooms which are clean as well. Great location in the old city. I had something bad happening in Quito, but the family of this hotel did all of their best to help me how they could. I couldn’t wish for any better place in this situation. Best hotel in Quito!

Loved my stay here and ended up extending my stay. Staff are friendly, great breakfast, great location to get to the key sights, walking tours and just really peaceful. I'd recommend this place and hope to stay again!

Sometimes the water in shower takes a while to clear, but it does eventually so not a big issue.

Great spacious room. Breakfast is good and plentiful and they were able to give us a breakfast to go when we left early on a tour. Also had free water dispenser.

On a busy day breakfast service is a little slow so make sure you go early if you need to leave early. Bathroom was a little in need of renovation

Really liked the friendlies and adaptability of the staff, they were kind and patient and a real credit to the place! Good spacious room and I really liked the layout of the building. It's very close to the centre and a really good place to relax. Perfect start to my 12 days in Ecuador.

Extremely clean and organized Green plants inside, crisp towels, good breakfast with fresh cut fruits. The guy at front desk was so receptive giving us tips and putting something to eat to bring for our early flight. Thank you! We recommend this place.
