Location was great for wandering around the old town. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and there was lots of hot water in the good size shower. Also, the staff were so kind and helpful.

I didn't dislike anything but worth noting the hotel is a bit basic and tired. Absolutely perfect for sightseers who are out and about all day and just want somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep at night.

Everyone was very helpfull. They provided information about how to reach places i wanted to see. They even gave me a lift if i need it. I would definitely come back.

Breakfast was freshly prepared and cooked as we arrived. View was very nice. Air was fresh and sound quiet, no honking horns. Excellent pizza shop nearby. Streets busy but not crowded clean and tidy with police presence. Very good value and experience.

Restricted sewage so toilet paper in bin, not flushed. Old low rise building so stairs only, no lift.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The helpfulness and friendliness of the hotel team are unsurpassed. The hotel's location and amenities were ideal for my travel planning and itinerary throughout my three-week stay in Ecuador. I also loved the hotel's character and charm.

Great location, staff were really good I got in contact with the owner who didn’t speak a lock of English and mentioned I wouldn’t be getting there until about 3:00am, he was there for me when I arrived. I got my washing done there for 6 usd Room was very comfortable

Breakfast could have been a little bigger and the shower exhausts is a window so you can hear people in the other room

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Klever picked us up at the airport and drove us to a meeting point for an excursion, and drove us back to the airport. Location is a couple blocks from Plaza Grande and the Iglesia de Compania de Jesus. Breakfast was good too - fresh fruit, eggs, bread, coffee.

It's an old, outdated hotel, with small rooms and a double bed. It was adequate but not fancy.

The location of this hotel is ideal for visiting Quito Old Town. The hosts were fantastic and went out of their way to make sure our stay was good. The breakfast was excellent - eggs, bread, fruit, coffee/tea/hot chocolate and juice. The rooms were big and the shower was nice.

We did have quite a bit of street noise but that is to be expected in the city. Pillows were not very comfortable.

The breakfast was a lot and very filling. Eggs, fresh fruit and a croissant with fresh juice, yea or coffee. The staff also made exceptions for me and made me breakfast before the start time so I could eat before my day tours. Very kind.

Nothing really - the hotel is old and tired and the rooms reflect that but it is clean and well kept by the lovely staff.

Cleanness, location, breakfast, the hotel staff were very friendly and dedicated to make my stay very comfortable, they provide shuttle to the airport

Only one thing; toilet was hard to flush it, someone was sent to fix that problem and provide a plunger to use it when happening
