It is in a good location, close to main beach and many many food establishments. The staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful.

The very busy main road is only 50 yards from the hotel so if you have an ocean view room you will hear the tooting of vehicles all day as there is a big intersection very close and this is how the Vietnamese negotiate their way through this-by tooting. There is also the sailing club “ beach bar/ restaurant across the road which plays load music along with even louder terrible karaoke until early hours of the morning especially Friday Saturday and Sunday.so if you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs ( you have been warned)

Amazing rooms, very clean, TV, free water, bathroom. I really loved the art of the wall in my room! Also the staff was very lovely and friendly. The location is amazing! Only two minutes from the beach, there is a sea food and Italian restaurant nearby and the night market aswell as a shopping Center and ATM.

The only „bad“ thing maybe was that the gym only consist of two treadmills and a light set of dumbbells. But the pool next to it was really great!

Booked city tour only to be told it wasn’t happening so had a driver in replacement however then I had to pay for him and all the entrance fees which worked out more than the city tour package they had booked.

Breakfast for me was one day Pho Bo, one day Bun Cha. Not the luxury food but still good and I didn’t feel bad afterwards so seems they have a good hygiene level in their kitchen. Please consider that you need to order the breakfast before 9pm at the reception. I want to mention especially Phuc from the reception. He was very helpful to me especially when the Bus driver who picked me up had problems to understand me. Phuc was very cooperative and willing to solve this issue very fast. This is really good service to customer so I wanted to mention him in positive way. What could be improved is The cleanness from the cover of the blanket. It looked like it had been washed but there was a spot of a little bit blood I saw. But because it has been washed it was totally fine for the low price.

We really enjoyed our stay! So friendly staff, always ready to help. Very nice view from the room, even with a small balcony! The rooftop pool is also great, but you can also swim in the ocean, which is just across the street :-). You can't hear much of the road as the hotel is in the second row, but there are no large buildings to block the view, so it's stunning! We asked for a late checkout and got a small room to store our things for a very reasonable price (you can even leave your things there for free, but we wanted to have a shower before getting on the night train). They also organised a taxi and gave us a discount if we went to the mud baths on our last day.

The location is right opposite the beach, next to the main city, so it's quite happening at night. The mart is just down the street, attractions are not far from the hotel, walkable and taxis are everywhere. Grab food saves my savings too. Second plus point, I can watch the sunrise and sunset just from my room window, the little gym and roof top lounge. It was all simple but everything you need. Lastly but also the most important ones, all staff are friendly and there to help.

I hope the alley can be slightly brightened up for a bit.

Excellent location right across the road from the beach. Room had lovely views of the water and was very spacious and comfy. Wifi was great as well. Staff was incredible: my bus arrived very early and they let me nap on the loungers. When I woke up a few hours later, they let me know that my room was ready, far earlier than the stated check-in time. They also helped me book a bus to my next destination. Additionally, they let me use the shower after a snorkeling expedition so I would be fresh for the bus ride. Would stay again!

Pool, gym, lounging area were small and dated. The loungers could use umbrellas or an awning of sorts to block some sun.

+ Reception staff were incredibly friendly — probably the warmest and most welcoming throughout my entire trip in Vietnam + Room was very clean and nicely maintained + Excellent Wi-Fi connection + Nice, clean rooftop pool + Fantastic location: just about 200 meters from the very well-maintained beach and very centrally situated + Unlike many hotels in Vietnam, the shower here was separated from the toilet area by a glass wall — a thoughtful and practical feature that kept the bathroom dry and comfortable - No negative points to mention — everything was great

loved it! wonderful experience! the staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful with everything, full of smiles and happy attitude! even delivered my breakfast to my room. little pool on the roof with a massage chair and some exercise equipment. sun chairs and incredible views of the park and ocean! across the street from the beach, and my rooms all had an ocean view. highly recommend, and the cost of $ 15 USD is unbelievable! congratulations to the new staff member, Ms. Linh! she just graduated to full-time staff clerk. always courteous and full of beautiful smiles 😃 will stay here again and will be my choice in the future!

Breathtaken sea view, very attentive and polite personal, close to the beach, city center, shops and restaurants.

There are a couple of suggestions that might help improve the hotel experience: (1) if you only do housekeeping immediately in rooms of visitors who have already checked out, this would help reduce check-in time from 14 to 12 (more than half of the guests have early morning flights, so this shouldn't be a problem); (2) breakfasts could be made more varied - for many people the dishes offered in the morning (small selection, need to order a day before) are quite heavy. A simple buffet with fruit, coffee, juice would solve this issue; (3) there is a place on the top floor with beautiful views that is not actually used. A couple of extra high tables in there instead of a single long one would be nice.
