It is in a good location, close to main beach and many many food establishments. The staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful.

The very busy main road is only 50 yards from the hotel so if you have an ocean view room you will hear the tooting of vehicles all day as there is a big intersection very close and this is how the Vietnamese negotiate their way through this-by tooting. There is also the sailing club “ beach bar/ restaurant across the road which plays load music along with even louder terrible karaoke until early hours of the morning especially Friday Saturday and Sunday.so if you are a light sleeper you will need ear plugs ( you have been warned)

Amazing rooms, very clean, TV, free water, bathroom. I really loved the art of the wall in my room! Also the staff was very lovely and friendly. The location is amazing! Only two minutes from the beach, there is a sea food and Italian restaurant nearby and the night market aswell as a shopping Center and ATM.

The only „bad“ thing maybe was that the gym only consist of two treadmills and a light set of dumbbells. But the pool next to it was really great!

This hotel is incredible value for money. With a pool, sea views, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff plus a basic gym i was very impressed with Azura Gold. I stayed for two weeks and each day the room was cleaned and stocked with free water. With a sea view waking up each morning to watch the sunrise was wonderful. The staff were always so warm and welcoming too.

Parts of the hotel are a bit run down and worn in places, but for the price you're paying it is something you just overlook. Some of the other guests can be very noisy and the sound does travel unfortunately.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. As the crow flies, it is about 100 metres from the beach and is in the best area in Nha Trang. The manager is extremely competent and speaks good English. The rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean with two large and comfortable beds. The aircon was adequate but slow to cool the room. The rooftop pool was clean and a nice temperature. The hotel gym/fitness centre consisted of a walking machine, a bicycle machine and 6 dumbells. It is worth paying for the better rooms here. I stayed in two types of rooms and the more expensive one was a lot better.

We really enjoyed our stay at Azura Gold Hotel! The location is excellent, with the beach literally right across the street. We had a room with a beach view, which was a lovely bonus. There’s a mini-mart nearby and plenty of great food options within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfy bed, strong WiFi, and power sockets right by the bed (super convenient). We appreciated the two complimentary water bottles, coffee, and hot water in the room. There’s also a rooftop pool and a gym, though we didn’t end up using them as the facilities were quite basic and the pool looked a bit dirty. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended for the location, comfort, and value!

OK, so the staff on reception here are awesome! They will do all they can to make sure you have a great stay. My first night I was in the room above the restaurant. It was too noisy, chairs scraping late and early, it was a terrible night's sleep. They moved me into a much nice room away from this noise. However, the hotel is noisy, banging late on and early on, regardless of where you are. The staff on reception arranged for us to use their shower later in the afternoon because we had an evening train. I cannot commend them enough for their hospitality. So nice and so polite. If they hotel was able to control noise, this would be the perfect stay. The rooms are so so clean as well and the beds are so comfy.

The pool, I didn't go in it. It needs cleaning. I think it would have been dangerous to expose my body to that.

During my stay, the bathroom water didn’t drain properly and was very slow, so I had to wait a while before using it again. However, the hotel staff quickly acknowledged the issue and assured me it was being fixed. I believe by the time you visit, this problem will already be resolved. What impressed me most was their responsiveness and genuine care for guests—they even followed up with me after my stay to ensure everything was addressed. Because of their excellent service, I would definitely return. I give this place a 10/10.

I had a great time staying here. They clean the room everyday and give complementary water, coffee and tea. The bed is comfy so I was able to rest well. There isn’t any window but there’s a door to see the view outside and for natural air and light to come in just in case you don’t want to use the AC. The internet connection was also good as I was able to do my work without any hassle. They have a small gym and a pool at the top floor but it’s not that big but still a good area. The staff were attentive and approachable. They always smile. The breakfast menu is limited but despite that I was still able to enjoy it. There are restaurants and cafes around so you won’t get hungry. Preferences will vary from people to people but the only way to know it is to experience it yourself. I’ve been coming back to Nhà Trang many times and it’s my first time to stay here. My experience was great and I rested well.

The room was huge with a very spacious bed. It came with everything you could need including water/kettle/fridge. The room was also very clean. The bathroom had a separate shower instead of being a wet room which was good. The pool on the top floor gave a great view and while small was very refreshing and a great way to relax if you arrive early before check in.

Location was deceptively far away from a lot of things. We had to walk about 45 minutes for a good breakfast and 30 minutes up for dinner. There is a free bus that operates however we couldn’t figure out the timetable. We realise after going to Phu Quoc which has the same bus you need to download the ‘Vinbus’ app.

Everything, the staff are great, it’s comfortable, really nice pool and sundeck. The location is amazing, across the road from the beach.

Don’t use the towels for anything other than drying yourself. Don’t use if your hands are dirty or wipe up any mess. I used mine to eat with and wiped my mouth on. They took photos of both my days towels with a small food mark on it and they wanted 100000 for each hand towel to clean. But said they would only charge me 50000 for both hand towels, which I had to pay.
