Very good except they ran out of hard boiled eggs, and the scrambled eggs were cold. My partner was bummed you did not have orange juice.

Handicapped parking was always taken, and there were no handicap signs in some of the car windows. This needs to be monitored more closely. I got the feeling that the employees were parking in the spots

Very good visit. Nice and quiet. Reasonably rates and located near several eating locations. Especially impressed with Service Manager, Mary Robinson. Very helpful extending my reservation by a day with no disruption for me.

The card reader on the back door didn’t work. You had to walk around the hotel to get in and the clear to the back of the building. Not impossible but inconvenient.

Beds were comfy, staff extremely warm and friendly, water pressure was great, everything was clean.

Both card-keys stopped working on the morning of checkout, which was extremely inconvenient as we were walking back and forth between the car and the room, taking our belongings into the car, one of us had to stay put in the room, so that we could access it. Breakfast was subpar.

Staff was very friendly. Facility was clean and in a great location. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Bed was a little hard for my liking and king bed could use more pillows.

It was a very clean hotel. Room smelled freshly painted. Front desk employee was very nice. The full size kitchen was an unexpected bonus.

The breakfast was pretty much all carbs. There was sausage gravy but it needed some sort of other protein, even hard boiled eggs would have been nice.

The first experience met my expectations but tha thing I appreciate was that the hand rails in and out of the tub were perfectly located.

We have stayed in this hotel several times. It’s a fabulous location. This time, the hotel seemed a little dated to us. Might be time for a spruce up.

Room & bed very comfortable. Quiet, no outside noise.

2nd floor was more awkward, as we have two dogs, so getting outside, especially at night, was more involved. One dog had traveled quite a bit and remembered the elevator, and all. Overall, we did fine.

The property seemed updated. The staff seemed really friendly. Mrs. Mary was the sweetest and was always so helpful with anything we needed.

The only thing I would change would be to add more washer and dryers.
