The rooms were very comfortable including the beds. Everything was extremely clean. Every staff member far exceeded our expectations. They were so comforting after we went through plane mechanical problems from New York and our 11.12pm flight to Cincinnati cancelled after we missed our connection because of the previous mechanical issues. We were so happy to see all the kind and caring faces and they all helped to put a great ending on a really rough day! Thank you!!

I was traveling to charlotte nc for surgery. i was happy to see upon entering my room that it was clean n tidy. always fresh linen and towels at the ready and the free breakfast everyday was also very gud. if i travel to charlotte nc i will be looking to stay at Best Western Plus.

The pool was closed . It was a very hot day … great to be in the pool .

It was easy to get to for the places I needed to be at.

My door handle was sticky. I had to use the keycard more than once to unlock door.

There was something wrong with our door to the room. The staff immediately took care of the problem and switched us to another room.

The bed was too high to the point where it was almost dangerous for me to try to get into it. I had trouble getting into it when I first went to bed if I had to get up in the middle of the night I couldn’t get back into it my husband had to assist me. I felt like it was an accident about to happen the beds are too high not everyone is 6 foot tall

Breakfast items out of stock. Bathroom door had a loud sound. Room was not cleaned or tidy up for the next day.

Everything but parking.

Parking lot is weird. No signs on where to park for checking in, so if you stop under Canopy at front door like most hotels, you block access to get to parking lot. Need signage.

I had s good stay. The front desk was very nice and the housekeeper held the door when I had my hands full. Very clean, which is a big plus!

The door was a little sticky to the touch but that may have been the clear coat on it, not sure.

It was nice to have a nice breakfast instead of a bagged one. We also liked to have a couch to relax on. Bed was very comfortable.

The only problem was that one if the smoke detectors was beeping all nIght due to a low battery.
