Great location, next to a metro station, supermarket, underground public car park €15 overnight. The hotel was clean, staff were very welcoming, the room had everything we needed staying with our children. We all had a great night’s sleep after travelling the previous day. The hotel is a perfect location to see Paris and our next stop was Disneyland - it was a 40min drive from this hotel. It was very good value.

The decor is slightly dated and the room had a slight odour of food, maybe from fan. However this didn’t bother us, room was spotless. It was also spacious family room at the top floor.

The breakfast was wonderful ! Fresh orange juice !!, delicious croissants, fresh fruit,..and so much more. And a very nice, cozy and spacious breakfast room. We were so happy to find this great hotel and the people were so friendly and helpful. Always with a smile ;-) Our room was so quiet. The hotel has his own safe parking place where you can leave your car. The subway is just around the corner. We surely come back.

Hotel short distance from motorway, secure underground parking on next street from hotel - u get a direction and instruction how to get there when you arrive. Next to busy dual carriage roads but has great insulated windows and A/C in room so no noise. Comfy beds , clean room, lift to 3rd floor. Reception staff very very helpful and make extra effort to speak to you even with limited English. Have patience and Google translator ready if you don't speak French ;) Really nice guys. Nice breakfast (extra charge). Very close to Metro station so you can get to city centre easily. Plenty of restaurants and bars around and big grocery store right next door if you need anything !

I was stressed as where to stop the car to check in and to get direction to garage as Hotel is next to busy dual carriage way with no outside space or drive way. But got instructions and just pulled over and stopped with hazards lights on while sorting the parking.

A lovely small hotel. Excellent location if you need to be in Maisons Alfort. Metro nearby. Supermarket just across from hotel. Restaurants nearby. Comfortable room, excellent bed, very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our five day stay and would gladly return.

Wifi passwords have to be reentered daily.

I'd like to congratulate the staff. They were friendly, eager to help. The hotel is rather small, but nice and clean.

The room didn't have a fridge , so buying large ice cream from the shop nearby was not an option.

It was UBER close to the Metro and the supermarket and some restaurants... Super convenient... Obviously none is spending the evenings and days in the hotel in Paris unless sick so... All this factors make it the best possible option.

The room we got was under the roof and air conditioning did not seem to work a lot... We were lucky it was May and we had a lot of rain... If it had been summer it probably would have been miserable.

Stuff are friendly and helpful, the guy in the reception desk really tried his best to help with google translation and calling to the manager, rooms are fully quipped(with all needed daily necessities: hair dryer, slippers, air conditioner), breakfast is simple but enough, we enjoyed the croissant, and orange juice we made by ourselves with the automatic machine, even parking is also convenient, there is Casino public parking underground which is for free which also saves us some cost, close to the metro station. very nice stay with my child, he enjoyed staying in this hotel, we had a lot of fun and comfort, I will definitely come back next time coming to Paris! Highly recommended!

The only suggestion is: the bed sleeping cover is a blanket on the top with a white bed sheet under for isolation, I assume the blanket will not be washed after every guest checking out, for me it may has hygiene issue, not comfortable, advise to change to another cover sheet that can complete the full isolation.

Great hotel. Staff is very nice. Had everything we needed. Location is outside of Paris but just around the corner from a metro stop, so it's no issue at all. The price was excellent for what we got. Merci por votre hospitalité.

We enjoyed two nights in this hotel and the staff was always very helpful. We arrived without a reservation for parking the car but they still gave us the possibility to park it in their dedicated parking so that was great. The metro is close by, getting to the center takes less than an hour. The neighborhood is calm.

Language barrier can be tricky sometimes.

Very very friendly staff, every one of them. helping me out with my French as I was helping them with their English. parking was perfect breakfast was perfect metro close supermarket close, restaurants close

the only thing is the noise from the outside traffic. I knew it when I booked, but still … It was ok, but when you wake up in the morning you cannot fall asleep again. that’s the only thing that I didn’t like. despite this, I would be happy to stay here again!
