Great apart hotel experience! The apartment was really nice, modern and had all we needed. There were 2 rooms + bathroom which allowed us to split and have a separate sleeping room for snorers. 1 tab for the dish washer, cleaner, sponge and 2 litter bags were available. Pool and fitness studio are small, but totally ok. The personnel was super friendly and provided even extra service. The train station is opposite, supermarket and more restaurants ca. 15 min walk away. A walk to the city center takes about 20 mins over the famous Hohenzollern bridge.

The breakfast was not as good as expected compared to other 4* hotels we've been (less variety, bread and pastries were a bit hard and dry). Also, the windows have been full of hand prints.

The hotel was really clean and obviously quite new. We had a very well-appointed kitchen area with a washing machine, an oven, dishwasher and fridge. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was lovely. It’s about 20 minutes walk across the bridge into the city centre. There is a supermarket about ten minutes walk away. Really close to the train station but we didn’t hear any noise in the room. Hotel was very quiet. Pool was a great addition, very clean leisure facilities. There are two lovely restaurants right next to the hotel and we would recommend them both.

Because it was so quiet in the hotel, there never seemed to be anyone serving in the bar and we would have liked to sit in there sometimes. The only food on offer is breakfast.

Housekeeping is scheduled every 3 days but can be requested more regularly, 'housekeeping' is just a change of towels, you can hardly tell they've been in the room. The pool is a nice facility but a little small - they ran out of towels (no staff/lifeguard in the area) so ensure you collect one on entering rather than after swimming like we did 50 Euro deposit expected at check in - at check out I was told they were deducting 30 for the travel cot they had set up in our room. I had to argue that my daughter is almost 5 years old so the 'baby bed' was unnecessary!

Great Central Location from Messe & other key areas (Dom etc). The staff was extremely helpful and friendly even though a few things went wrong in their booking system. The studios are comfortable, spatious and clean. The garden area is great for working and it was nice chilling at the pool and sauna after a long day of work.

The view onto the Messe buildings (under construction) was not expected but didn’t disturb much either. Would have preferred to be asked if we had a preference between garden or Messeview. Perhaps a bit of variation for breakfast could be nice though we had everything we needed there and the kids were happy. ;)

Very nice studio-hotel at a central location. The studio's are very spacious and have everything you need from fridge, over/combimagnetron, coffee machine, you name it... We asked for a calm studio and we got it. We could swim in the rather small but still nice pool and enjoy the sauna, free of charge. The breakfast is quite varied from several types of fresh bread to cereals, cheese and more.

The only downside was finding the parking slot and only realizing how expensive it is since there is no partnership between the parking property's owner and the hotel. This should change or be improved as you pay another 100,-EUR per 3 nights...

New, very clean premises. Facilitated a slightly early check-in for us, which was appreciated. The room/studio itself was kitted out exceptionally well - all kitchen appliances etc. Accessibility to the airport was terrific. As it is situated right beside Deutz Messe train station and the S bahn/U bahn, travel around the city was also easy. Similarly, if you are walking, the location is in close proximity to Cologne zentrum. Pool area was small but lovely. Immaculately maintained.

There was a constant hum in the bedroom from something. Low but a little irritating at times. Otherwise quiet and peaceful.

Great location for Deutz area - easy location from train station to hotel. Hotel staff are always friendly and welcoming - happy to help with anything. Room - 1 bed apartment - was a great size, well equipped with all you needed for a comfortable stay. Having kitchen facilities means you can keep costs down - laundry, cooking, fridge/freezer. We return here every year, as it suits our needs.

Beautiful brand new elegant hotel suites with modern facilities. Excellent location, just a few minutes walking distance from the station and Cologne Central Communication and check in was swift and smooth. Staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks to the ladies at reception (especially Maxi) for their care and hospitality. They went far and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, making sure I was happy and satisfied with the hotel services. Everything was provided as described. You all made my stay worthwhile. I highly recommend it to others. I will definitely stay here when next I'm in Cologne

This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip! The bed was probably the most comfortable we experienced during our travels—such a great night’s sleep. The location was fantastic too; we enjoyed a lovely walk across the bridge to the Dom, which made exploring the city even more special. The indoor swimming pool was another favorite, especially for our daughter—she absolutely loved it. The hotel itself is very new and stylish, and staying on the top floor made it even better with no neighbors above us, adding to the peace and quiet. A modern, relaxing stay in a perfect spot—we’d definitely return!

Very helpful, friendly staff. Our arrival was well before the 3pm check-in. However, we were able to leave our luggage at reception in a secure luggage store. The same was true on the day of our departure. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had a small kitchen area with tea & coffee making facilities, toaster, sink, washing machine, fridge, and dishwasher. We also had a small sofa with side table as well as bench seating with a larger table to eat at. There was very little noise from inside or outside the hotel despite being very close to the train line and Conference Centre. Good rail links (only about a 15-minute train journey to/from Köln Bonn airport) and approximately 10 to 15 minutes on foot across the bridge to old town Cologne. The pool is a very nice facility to have access to, also very clean and, at the time of our visit, not busy. We didn't use the sauna or gym, however, both looked well kept. Would definitely stay again.
