The hotel is well located for seeing the downtown sites of Osaka. I’d booked a premium floor room and we were lucky to be allocated a corner room, the views were great.

This is a huge hotel, and as a consequence, we had to wait over 20 mins to check; I can’t remember the last time I had to wait that long. I’m not sure if we were unlucky, I don’t think so.

The building was tall and had wonderful views. I liked the private breakfast in the club level but also found a great spread and variety in the general breakfast. Bed was comfortable and pillows were large. Room was decent size for Japanese standards but still felt a bit cramped with two big suitcases, 1 carry on, and personal bags.

Staff just seemed a bit less accommodating but that may just be the culture. Breakfast ended at 10:30 but didn’t realize last entry was at 10. Also just felt like there were just a lot of guests they were attending to, but understandable as it was during world expo days.

The room is more spacious than usual, and the location is decent

Our check-in experience was quite disorganized. We arrived at 2 PM and were immediately told that check-in wasn’t until 3 PM, almost as if we weren’t welcome to step inside. There was no offer to store our luggage, which would have been helpful. When 3 PM finally came, the check-in line was chaotic. A more efficient system—such as processing check-ins upon arrival and simply providing the key when the room is ready—could significantly improve the experience. Additionally, the bedding was not properly made, and even after housekeeping, it still looked messy, almost as if it had been done in a rush. Attention to detail would make a big difference.

Location is A+, wander to Dotonbori, stations, shops, eateries etc. Cool area. Immaculately clean & modern hotel. Loved it. Staff super helpful w luggage transfer sorting.

Unfortunately we were on train track side, so was quite noisy. Didn't bother me, but might some people. Def ask or pay ++ for higher room. Better views. And it's a big, western feeling hotel, with a lot of tourists... so if that's not your vibe.

We stayed on the 28th floor in a club room - i would recommend this as the club facilities and the room view were great. Large room, especially for japan, large bathroom with separate toilet. had a couch and small table as well as a spot for suitcases. Kettle, hair dryer and coffee machine in room too. The breakfast buffet is extensive and varied, well worth the addition. The hotel sits on the edge of Namba and Nipponbashi. Namba was nice, and the Parks Namba building can be reached from the second floor of the hotel by a walkway - which we only found by accident. There are two floor of restaurants at the top of Namba parks, which i would have thought the hotel may have supplied some information about. As we only found by accident, we were only able to visit once and the food was excellent there. Parks namba also has a fancy italian gelato and chocolate shop, all lovely to visit. The streets of the Nipponbashi side are fine in the afternoon and evening, however are deserted in the mornings and dont feel as safe/smell pretty bad when walking around (pee etc). It is a short walk to the kuramon market area, though i would suggest going in the afternoon or evening. There is also a Lawson's right next to the hotel, but you have to exit on level 2, is it not visable from level 1.

The food choices for their restaurants unfortunately were not suitable for us. We had planned to dine on the upper floor restaurants, but either could not make a booking or the menu was not suitable. We felt the hotel could have supplied more information about the area to guests who may never have visited the city before. I am used to seeing folders/booklet etc that give you info. Especially about the easy access to Namba Parks building and their restaurants and the Lawsons right next door ( but only level 2)

Location of the property is the most stand out thing. It is very convenient for the tourists who are looking to stay at the center with all the main touristic places nearby.

Breakfast. It was very average! The property didn’t have enough options and they were so limited with fruits section.

Beautiful place, beautiful view, super convenient location, super cool mall next door. Love it. Classy restaurants and bars upstairs.

Could do check-in a little early but that’s not even a big deal.

Definitely recommended club lounge and stay in club level. Worth for it. Super friendly staffs and helpful. Beautiful view. Highly recommend

The part of breakfast in Japanese style need to improve

Everthing about this hotel was outstanding. The room, location and breakfast were amazing. The choice at breakfast was incredible with all food being perfectly cooked. We checked into this hotel for the last two nights of our trip to Japan after being extremely disappointed with the pre booked hotel as part of our tour. It was the best decision ever. We finished our holiday in style.

Reception staff were a little abrupt at times.

New, clean, comfortable and good location (city as well as airport)

Just small bits could be improved. E.g. Staff was great overall, but small things will make it truely perfect
