It’s amazing how this small room is equipped with everything one could need: an iron, a desk, a TV, a charger, a kettle for tea/coffee, dishes, a microwave, air conditioning… 👏🏻 My room was on the top floor and it had a beautiful large terrace

I think it would be great to have some luggage storage room for guests with early arrival

Excellent hotel. Short walk to the metro to Paris, 30 minutes walk to Arc de Triomphe. 10 minutes walk to the local train station to visit Versailles. Kitchen was ok for our own food to save a fortune. Breakfast was brought to the rooms each evening. Communication was excellent by text and responded immediately. Bed was comfortable. Nearby shops were great and cafes too. Loved the place and would use it again in Paris. Car park was extra but was safe and 5 minutes walk.dint need a car once in Paris. Sat out on the balcony each night drinking beer and wine in the wonderful evening. Next time I might take a bigger room for the bigger balcony but I thought the weather was a risk and so we didn't. Next time I will !

If I paid 500 euro a night I can find things to complain. I didn't and this hotel was great for us.

The location is great, only a few blocks from Paris. Everything can be managed independently, from check-in to check-out, so it's very fast and convenient. The kitchenette is hidden behind cupboard doors, it's really nice. The room also had a tiny balcony with a table and a chair. That is a really pleasant spot to rest in the morning while having breakfast under a clement weather.

Breakfast (2 pancakes, 1 little bread, butter, Nutella, jam, honey, 1 tea bag, 1 coffee capsule, 25cl juice, 1 fruit, 1 little pastry) is left in the room the previous afternoon. It means that, except from the fruit, nothing is fresh and you can't choose what you want to have for breakfast. I prefer salty breakfast and I don't like red berries (I received cherry jam and red berries jam), so I wish I knew all that before including breakfast in my 2 nights reservation. Also, the bathroom is quite small and lacks wall hooks or hook racks.

The location is just a short distance from the centre via underground, the nearest stop is Louise Michel, ten minutes walk away. The apartment was very clean and the area is pretty good and quiet.The flat is very small but equipped with everything, it also has a small balcony and a tiny little kitchen corner in the cupboard. The self check in and check out are very convenient. If you need it and if no guest is coming right after you leave, you can arrange a late check out, but you have to pay 15 euros more per hour, in the end we preferred not to. We had a very pleasant stay in the Courcelles residence and recommend it to everyone. Every evening they leave a box with tea,fruit juice, apples, jams, honey, pastry ,bread and butter for next day breakfast, but it's only sweet food, even if very good quality.

Everything was good

We stayed in the deluxe studio. It is on the small side but perfect for a couple and it has everything you need (balcony, fridge, microwave, wardrobe, stools/table, comfy double bed, smart tv etc). The studios furnishings are modern and we found that everything was clean and comfortable. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and all the landmarks and areas we visited were easily accessible within 35 minutes maximum via the metro and buses. The check-in process was straightforward. There was also lift access to the deluxe studio.

What we loved was that there were little good shops where we were able to buy things to have for breakfast. We had a little self contained kitchen with all things to prepare breakfast before going out. The bed was comfortable and although a small room it had what we needed for 4 nights. The office lady was able to help us out with a taxi to the airport which was very much appreciated. Lots of restaurants close by.

The bathroom was tiny and and hard to move in there. My husband is a very tall man and struggled in the shower. The location was nearly two hours from the airport by trains and a little far put from the city but easy enough to get around.

the location of the hotel is accessible by all public transport and there are small shops and cafes nearby. The room is small but cute and equipped with almost everything you need for a short stay.

During the 4 days of our stay, no one took the trash out of the room or brought new towels. we also ran out of toilet paper. these things should not be charged additionally, but should be standard included in the service. breakfast was poor, not suitable for people who don't eat gluten and sweets.

It was comfortable, practical, clean, it had everything we needed (including Nespresso), it was very good value for the price compared to the rest of Paris. There is a big shopping mall really nearby which had huge selection of food and stores. Besides, Levallois seems like a nice and safe neighborhood so it was good for coming back home late. Also bed was really comfy 🥰

It was a bit out of town but honestly for it wasn’t a problem and it was nice to get to walk a bit outside of metro :) Usually anywhere was around 30 min metro or tram ride so it was really convenient, it would have been similar anywhere else in town even tho it seems more “central’

It was a tiny studio with a balcony and we thought it was a great size and with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and room was warm. There was air con in the room and bathroom. Iron and hair dryer provided. You have microwave, kettle, fridge, and coffee machine. Extra towels were provided too. The area was quiet and residential. Very safe and very clean. Only 5 min walk from shopping centre, groceries, boulangerie and metro station (Louise Michel).

The smell in the bathroom wasn't great - old rusty tubes. The door of our apartment kept opening up even after we made sure it was closed. It was quite scary to wake up and have the door open both nights. I would recommend someone checking it. Our room was on level 3, room 23. It would have been great if more coffee was provided.

We really loved our stay at this aparthotel! The room was beautiful, clean, and very cozy. The kitchenette was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The neighborhood is lovely, safe, and well connected by metro and buses. I must say it's a bit far from the city center. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place!
