Views is stunning Lots of amenities Food was good

Language barrier, therefore service is not good. Had a problem with booking. Room is not cleaned properly- towels was very dirty. The exterior was neglected. Grass was very long. Food is very good, unfortunately too many flies and birds.

The location is amazing and the view from the property is unbeatable! The natural pool was beautiful and all the facilities were well maintained. There were a few really helpful staff who told us about the bus schedules and helped us with a la carte order and made sure we were comfortable.

The room was a little small, while the balcony was massive. There wasn't enough communication regarding the meals - we were told they don't serve any vegetarian dishes at the burger bar but we found a couple of options on the menu. They don't accept a la carte for dinner and only serve buffet, which wasn't communicated in advance. We weren't given drinking water in the room because it was a "breakfast only" booking - again, this wasn't communicated in advance. We were charged Rs. 100 for a water bottle, which is just insane! In general, the communication policy can be better.

The location was perfect. Secluded but close to all the street food and public beach. We booked tours via the hotel Porter. Snorkeling experience was fantastic via the hotel boat house. The food was outstanding. For seafood lovers this place is paradise. So many options for me a non seafood eater. The baguettes and rolls were the best I've ever had. We did half board which was fantastic as we were able to eat out for lunch but the kids had their main meals,breakfast and dinner on time. Evening entertainment was fantastic with good dancing and djs. The games room had a pool table, fussball and table tennis. The infinity pool was amazing and the pool near the eating area fabulous.

The rooms were quite a distance but hey with the amount of food we ate we needed the exercise

Great location being somewhat secluded but only a 10 mins walk from the centre of flic en flac and the public beach. Massive balcony with fantastic views of the ocean and sunsets. Good buffet selection for breakfast (only booked B&B). 2 excellent pool areas and private beach with sunbeds and 4 very friendly beach dogs. Some water activities included like snorkeling and a glass bottom boat.

Check in seemed to take a while and wasn't as efficient as other hotels we stayed at in Mauritius. The room although nicely done out was a little small and tired in places - the front door would stick at times, TV wasn't great, one of the drawers stuck when closing, light flickered in the bathroom when first turned on and the kettle didn't work but reception changed this in around an hour so nothing major but a few bits that could be improved. Would still return!

Staff. Naming out Yogesh, Florence wating staff and loshny, Preeti etc at reception. Manoj GM was good to deal with any issues. They have 2 nights a week where we dine on the beach with outdoors entertainment.

Rooms are tired but clean. No water activities like aqua aerobics. Or water rumba. They do watergym. But this is hit or miss. The instructors are not qualified as you fine else where

Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The buffet outdoors was a lovely experience. The variety of the buffet was very good, especially the freshly baked pizza's. We loved the evening sun sets in the water. Stunning sun sets.

The resort could be more cleaner. The flies are a problem. On the lower ground floors, the grass was not cut. Looked unkept. We only discovered the pathway to the beach next door on the third day. No long strip of beach. Very rocky and few access points to the beach.

Reception staff is very nice. Room was very comfortable and clean. Good structure overall. Pools and sunbathing areas are nice. Flic-en-flac is a good place to stay, with a great beach and many restaurants

Breakfast buffet was below expectations, and more than once things ran out in the breakfast buffet and would take a long time to get replenished. Getting someone to notice me and bring coffee (which wasn't self-service) was hard. Not so close to the Flic-en-flac public beach as I hoped (had to take the car or walk quite a bit)

Everything was WONDERFUL. FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE/FRONT DESK/BAGGAGE AND ROOM ACCOMODATIONS. THE FOOD AND ENTERTAINMENT WAS FABULOUS! Would love to come back and visit plus stay longer Thank you!

There are many places with long chairs, so we never felt over crowded. The room cleaning was efficient and good. Plants are beautiful. The parties on Wednesday and on Saturday were nice.

There is only one burger restaurant (at lunch only) and buffet at evening. The burger restaurant :service is not professional, and the quality is ok but low.

Managements willingness to listen to our concerns regarding vegetarian meals. More variety and Indian street food options would be a recommendation

Noise with regards to loud music. Noice of repairs to room above ours on multiple days and times. Bathroom could do with an upgrade. More variety of vegetarian food and Indian street food options would be good to have The flies were irritating
