We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Dann.The people working there are friendly and helpful. Especially the older gentleman serving the breakfast - They were all very friendly and welcoming to foreigners. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The A/C and WiFi worked great and the breakfast was good. Nice workout area with great view of downtown. Also, the bathroom showers had great water pressure and the hot water did not run out. I’ve had that issues in other hotels in Colombia .

There was some noise from the Main Street that we could hear in our room but luckily it wasn’t too late and it did not interrupt our sleep. Also,there are some homeless people that come out at night near the hotel so I do not recommend walking around in the immediate area after dark - need to take a taxi/uber.

Fantastic, central location, 5 minutes by taxi or 15-20 minute walk from the bus terminal. Welcoming reception and smiley staff with a smooth check-in, and they allowed us to check into our room early for free. Clean, bright rooms, black out blinds, great air-conditioning, powerful shower and large TV. Breakfast area was spacious and airy, on 3rd floor overlooking the shopping mall. Breakfast was included and was very tasty. Close to main square.

It was fantastic, clean and comfortable.

We wanted to be near to plaza Bolivar and Cathedral and it was for that matter perfect. We were in transit with little time to visit Points of Interest. We also appreciate the included parking. Hotel is inside a city Mall, which is practical for day shopping. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent hints and restaurant's referrals.

Breakfast options could be better, with no options for glutenfree or vegetal milk. Low average for what we have seen in Colombia. Hotel facilities are getting old and requires eventually a refreshing. Good for business, less for night walk around. You will need car or taxi to got to thegood restaurants area (Restaurant Salvador & Milagros area)

Our rooms were first class, modern and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Pedestrian malls and shopping arcades very close. Off street parking in the building with easy access. The price was very reasonable.

excellent value, very clean, and actually a great location just off the central area of the city (not a great city center though). the hotel is attached to a mall though and the whole nearby area is a shopping district. and plenty of street food nearby.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Showers were hot. Hotel was attached to a shopping mall and in the centro commercial. Walkable to shopping, banks, restaurants, parks. We felt safe walking at night. Breakfast buffet was good, with many selections. Air conditioning!

Internet was UNSTABLE and could not do many streaming tasks. Not sure the value was there for the cost. View from our room was the building across the way and roofs.

Nice bed and pillows. Excellent AC. Great breakfast and available early since we are early birds that was nice. Free parking in a safe garage was really appreciated.

I had a window near the street so a bit of noise from the street.

THE ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS, WE TRAVELED WITH THREE PEOPLE AND THE ROOM WAS GREAT. IT HAS A LITTLE 4 CHAIR TABLE AND A MINI FRIDGE. THE BREAKFAST IS GREAT. THEY HAD COLOMBIAN FOOD. THE COFFEE IS ALSO DELICIOUS

Everything, centrally located, everything around you. Restaurants, shoping center, etc.

For us everything was good for our taste.
