It is a very good hotel, perticular for Latin American Standards. (with all respect) We organized a seminar in the Hotel as well and everybody was very helpful with everything. Reception people (the face of the hotel) is very good in their work. To the point, friendly and helpful. In other words, a nice stay in this Hotel

We stayed in the junior suite for a night and it was fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay, the room was really comfortable and large, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. The pool and other facilities were also very nice!

Nothing to improve

The rooms are very nice and kind of spacious. The pool and the jacuzzis are great. In this time the pool was rented to a family with a birthday celebration. So, there were a lot of kids making noise. Not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind. In general this a very nice hotel. Maybe the best in Ibagué. It's a little pricey so the spectations are high

The air conditioning of the room is extremely old. Is one of those that lay on the floor. Very similar to those that used to be on the window but bigger. So it's very loud. The staff in general is kind but not in the restaurants. The service is slow, if you are lucky to be served, and nobody smiles. And the menu on the main restaurant is extremely limited.

As usual, the overall experience was great, rooms were clean and big, the food is excellent and with sooo many options to choose from and the customer service is top notch. Gabriel and Andres are always the best during our stay.

I would love to have breakfast a bit later so, maybe open the option up to 10:30 am

Minor thing. I asked where I could purchase water — they directed me however, did not mention there was complimentary water in the room.

The service is wonderful from everyone, it is quite clean and the hotel is large and beautiful, the breakfast which is included is delicious and varied every day, the other menus are just as exquisite. We will definitely return.

Everything! This was an amaziing place to stay. Incredibly clean and tidy. The pool was warm and very nice, all the staff is super responsive and kind. I definitely will come back to this place! ♥

The food and drinks are a bit overpriced, but this is a ★★★★★ hotel so I guess that is expected ;)

Excellent Hotel and location perfect. Delicious Breakfast included in the price. Excellent pool and 3 jacuzzi's to enjoy until 9.00pm at night. Staff excellent and always ready to assist. Wonderful place to stay.

Great Facilities.

The restaurant one evening was a bit slow. We waited over an hour for our food and it was empty when we placed the order. Not sure what happened as the other times it was excellent service.
