The breakfast always great, the location and the building always clean and with a great view, the service always perfect and the hotel was flexible with my check in. Thank you again for the entire service!!!!

but there is a point with the pool, sadly the glass of the pool looks dirty and the glass of the room too. It looked sometimes kind of forgotten and that's an important point since the hotel has a great view but with the glasses dirty you can't enjoy it properly.

Seems to have the correct features in the room. Nice to be clear of street riff-raff in lobby area. Booked it for the pool and stayed 2 more days.

First thing coming to mind is no language change from Spanish on the room service menu. Not really sure my order went in either! Walkway past sauna to pool very narrow.

For a five star hotel there is a lack of English speakers, small service issues like: breakfast cups not clean, not attentive etc. as said, the staff is super friendly and wants to make everything right but not everything is right.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The public spaces of the hotel were also pretty and comfortable. The staff was very well trained and seemed happy to help.

The pool is a little small and the music at the pool’s terrace was too loud. the breakfast buffet could improve in variety but it was good in general

The facilities and the customer service was excellent. I recommend this place to have a wonderful time. I couldn’t choose a better option.

The restaurant; the spa, the pool, the rooms. Everything was wonderful.

The facilities are excellent and the breakfast was very nice. The view from the rooftop pool was superb.

We had to go back and ask them to validate our parking again when leaving.

The rooms are beautiful. Very clean and nice. All this staff was very kind. The location is also great. There are 2 malls at waking distance.

The pool section was a little abandoned. I mean, a lot of the pool tiles were missing and the panoramic glass was very hazy. Very cloudy. You couldn't see through. It was a shame because the view at the top floor was spectacular.

Lovely staff, very patient when I had issues with my credit card. Very friendly and professional. A very good breakfast, they even prepared something vegan for me so that I could have something hot as well as the cereal and fruit and things. Nice pool on the roof - not big, but with a great view of the city and you can have a drink brought to you there if you like.

The property seems brand new. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff is super friendly. Location is great. Food is amazing. Panoramic pool on the rooftop. Fantastic experience!!!
