Friendly staff, great value (in USD), great breakfast and view from the restaurant. Also, the apartment style layout with the high ceilings was nice as was the shower with adequate water pressure. The hot water did not run out which was a plus.

The air conditioner was just so so. It sort of cooled the room down but I was expecting more especially at those prices (in local dollars). The carpets were stained/dirty in the hallways and the exercise room had no towels or Clorox wipes to clean the equipment. Its the small details that matter in my opinion. However, we still had a great time/stay and would stay there again.

The staff was very polite and the room was comfortable.

Getting from the parking lot to the hotel can be a bit confusing. So I advise you to ask the staff for more details when they first contact you. There are 2 entrances to the garage, you get in the visitors area and then you have to leave the parking lot with an elevator and walk half a block inside the complex building to get to the hotel. Then they give you a card and you can move your car to another area that is special for the hotel.

The suite was well laid out and large the bathroom was nice as much as the bed corner. The restaurant is also really nicely designed.

Everything was crocked ( frames, tv, outlets ) the AC was really noisy, the furnishing was sparce and kinda cheap. And the check in was awfully long. The breakfast was good and the cocktail in the restaurant but the dinner food was awful.

Although room size was decent, it needed updating. Also there was no laundry service. TV doesn't allow for nexflix

The hotel offered a jacuzzi pass for 40min as a courtesy. Breakfast was buffet type with plenty of options.

It would have been nice if they had announced previously in the welcome message (after my booking confirmation) the jacuzzi courtesy pass so that I could pack my swimwear!

I loved the place, it is worth staying at FR Hotel if you want to get a private and cozy time with your partner. The place has its own restaurant, and its own Spa and that was a nice experience. The staff could speak english and that was nice.

I got too observed, and I don't like that.

The friendliness of the staff and good attitude is something to highlight. They were always willing to help. The facilities and rooms were beautiful.

The walking access to the building is below expectations (in the parking lot, the elevator does not reach the hotel lobby). It would be nice to have a swimming pool to enjoy.

There was an ample choice of hot and cold food for breakfast, served in tastefully decorated surroundings on the hotel terrace. The bedroom was superb, of a large size and with full kitchen facilities for anybody looking to cater for themselves.

The underground car parking was good, but would have appreciated clear instructions on how to open the gates when entering and leaving the private area.

The hotel is very good. I was close to work which was positive. The room has noise isolation. All the staff were very friendly especially Vanesa at the reception and Cesar who was willing to organize the treadmill and towels in the jacuzzi. The breakfast varied and tasty. The restaurant is also very good.

Nice hotel with large and well equipped, comfy rooms. Fridge, kitchenette. The main building amenities include two Jacuzzis and a very nice dining room. Probably the best hotel in ibague.

I was charged 59,000 pesos for my pet's stay. Menu of breakfast is much better when you pay ordering a la carte than the breakfast that comes with the room fee. Gym was poorly equipped. Did not like the entry through the mall.
