Apartment is listed like "Bed and Breakfast", but in reality I would not qualify "Breakfast" part of it, I can agree that "they are not allowed to put different type of food on menu", but then do not call it breakfast because it is not. For three of us, as guests we got 3 little croissants, 3 sweet croissants and 3 little biscuits. And that was for 2 days. All of them were not fresh. When I wrote about it to lady (landlord) she was offended. She wrote that there is expiration date on products. There is on 2 of them, but still they were in bad shape. So, the point is - I did not ask for english, nor continental breakfast, but this offered is not any kind of breakfast. At the end she wrote that "If you dont like breakfast-there are many bars nearby".

Large room, comfortable bed. Very clean. Mini fridge available is big enough for large bottles. There is plenty of storage space for clothes and cases. Two lots of double glazing blocks out pretty much all noise from outside. Lavazza coffee maker with pods and also a kettle. Bathroom was adequate with plenty of (scratchy) towels. Old fashioned lift was fun. Only a 4 minute walk to Re Di Roma metro station and bus 87 outside the b&b takes you to the centre of it all.

Bit of difficulty getting in, didn't realise that we would need to phone to allow someone to unlock the door remotely. Breakfast consists of aselection of plastic wrapped pastries. No proper tea. Let fresh towels after 3 days but didn't bother emptying the bins.

It was very clean and spacious. The location was excellent. The facilities provided were great, breakfast items in the room and coffee machine, kettle etc. Bathroom was really clean and water pressure was good, the hot water was instant. On the block and the surroundings there was a number of great restaurants. The metro is an incredibly useful line giving you access to the breadth of the city.

- The great localisation, 5 minutes by walk from the metro A who can take you to every place in Roma - A fridge in your room! That was really a bonus for us who badly tolerate the sunny hot weather - Communication with the owners: thank you so much for everything!

Breakfast passable. Location easy to find, short metro ride from station and then a short walk. Pleasant area.

Check in was done over the phone, but this wasn't made very clear beforehand,, which led to some confusion. Private bathroom but not attached to room, not a problem for us but maybe should be made clear on the details.

The room is clean and tidy. The hotel's location is convenient. It is easy to take the buses or the subway to those famous sightseeing spots.
