Short communite from airport was great! Food and drink were excellent. The room and view was gorgeous. And a short walk to the centre. Supermarket next door was such a bonus too!

The entertainer throughout the days by the pool were really disruptive, we had come away for a quiet weekend and relaxing and he was over the top and so loud each day, we found it very unnecessary and I think the majority of the customers did too, as no one got involved. If we had known this, we wouldn't had booked.

Nice as it was adult only!!! Overlooking the sea and beach on one side. Laidback resort El Medano town was lovely with plenty of eateries. The music in the pool bar was bearable but wouldve been much better quieter - but we moved away from the immeditae bar location, so not a huge problem. We stayed on 3rd or 4th floor ( cant remember!) which was lovely. Big rooms with separate lounge area. Balcony overlooking the sea( was recommened as the road side view was not so good so we paid a little extra). This is definitely worth it. December- no great scramble for sunbeds. Was lovely not having to get up at 6am for beds! No idea what its like summer months. Reception staff were all lovely and helpful. Evening entertainemnt was low key but what we wantred! a chilled stay. Loved the sax player and the piano player on one of the other evenings.

Take earplugs as the noise from the internal "entertainment" section is overlooked by every room due to the layout of the hotel. We alwyas take earplugs and it usually quietens around 11pm so not a great issue for us. Its not a deal breaker as th ehotel was nice overall. Its a good 25 minute walk into the town and other than a little shop attatched to the hotel( food and drink and emergency toilketries etc) , you would have to walk into town for other stuff. I had hurt my foot so we had to taxi into town each time we wanted to go somewhere m( around 3.50 euros each way and taxi drivers tut if you say youre only going a short way- one of the receptionsist confirmed taxi drivers on the island are like this!!)

What made me extremely nervous was the fact that breakfast was until 10h, and stuff started to clean tables much earlear, and produce terrible sounds with dishes, which was really disturbing! I know it is same in many hotels, but that realy ruin all the joy I supposed to have being in holidays and need to relax. Same situation was in swiming pool, working time was until 18h (which is too short). they start to close all beds already at 17h , which makes you feel that you should leave…

We had a lovely week here, plenty of sunbeds so no sunbed wars as recently described in the news. Staff are very lovely and welcoming check in is a breeze as with check out. The pool area is clean with constant entertainment provided if you want to join in. Make sure you take towel clips with you as it can be very windy around the pool due to where the hotel is situated, Make sure you have a couple of euro's change as you need one for your bar cup which you get back and if you forget towel clips they give them to you at the spa, again you get the euro back at the end of your stay. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and is great for swimming first thing in the morning. We visited the onsite spa on numerous occasions and again it was increadibly clean with plenty to do in there and very relaxing and enjoyable. We also indulged in a few massages which were amazing. All in all a fabulous trip.

My only downside for me was on a personal level I found the food to be incredibly salty, breakfast was great as I just had eggs on toast but I tried numerous dishes through lunch and dinner and found them all overly salty. However there was such a huge amount of fresh salads and uncooked food on offer that this did not massively affect my trip.

The hotel has a very good location ! And it's bigger than anything else in El Medano! Close to the beach and with an amazing ocean view! Very well decorated! Warm oceanic water in the swimming pool! The room was clean enough! Breakfast like breakfast 🥞) we've never been starving )

The location was perfect, close to the airport South, less than 15 euros by taxi. It took us 15 min to reach the lovely town of El Médano, with local vibes, not too touristic. I always look for local experience, and I'm not keen on super touristic places. The size of the hotel is perfect, not too huge like big most of the big resorts of the island. The room is spacious which is comfortable for a 1-week stay. The pool area was quiet to relax, no children, and all customers were not loud and very respectful. The staff was nice and always available.

The noise of the planes : it's a minor point, it bothered us a bit in the first hours, but then we got used to it; not a big deal.

This I a great hotel in general. Location Is great If you are looking for quiet and on the beach. Not too far from the more lively locations but far enough for peace and space to enjoy the beach and sun. Suites are spacious and very well appointed with amazing sea views. Food is just consistently brilliant with great choice. Reception staff are exemplary as are majority of the staff (with the exception of Thomas the chef who is both rude and ignorant, enough for people to walk away without what they wanted and Vanessa in the bar who seemed like everything was a complete inconvenience to her). Hotel is stylish, well managed and very clean.

A few staff really spoil the efforts of the other exceptional staff. I actually made a complaint but no action was taken. It wasn't just ourselves who noticed, literally dozens of people mentioning these particular staff.. A real pity for the rest who do such a consistently good job. Again, just say we highly recommend this Hotel. Staff issues need to be dealt with.

We were upgraded (free) to a larger suite which helped. Views great, pool area good and food generally had great variety. We went half board, frankly unless you intend to really hit the booze, all inclusiving isn't worth it. 20 minute stroll into Medano for some excellent tapas for lunch. You could also swap your dinner for a lunch if you wanted to go out for an evening meal. A couple of days windsurfing in Medano also added to the fun.

While the variety and quantity of food served was good, it was let down a little by at times cold chips and over boiled veg. Rest of the good was great though.

We got upgraded to sea view corner of the hotel room on the top floor which was absolutely amazing. It was great to have a shower and see the sea! The receptionists were great, really informative. Perfect location for us as there is a great beach on the doorstep. Just a 10-15 min walk to El Moderno which is where we spent most of our days. Reception ordered us taxis when we wanted to venture further afield, much much cheaper than an Uber.

You have to be there for the first hour of dinner to get the fresh food, the tuna steaks were great. if you leave it after 7:30, the food isn't amazing. We got told off for making a sandwich at lunch and taking it out of the restaurant, which I thought wasn't nice, we had paid for all inclusive and we just wanted to take a snack for the road. We also got told off for coming into the restaurant 1 minute early before dinner service. I do think it was just one specific staff member that may have taken a dislike to us...
