The location of the hotel is excellent for visiting Beaune. The car parking facility was the main reason I had booked the hotel and that worked well. The bathroom toiletries were especially nice. The breakfast was very good with a great choice of food. We had a drink in the bar before going out and that was very pleasant. The hotel was nice and quiet at night. The air con was very good as it was a very warm night.

I was somewhat disappointed with our room. I had booked a Superior Double room and the photos on the website, which I thought were really nice, did not compare to our room no. 216 which did not reflect any of the photos and was very ordinary. It had a sloping ceiling as if in the eves which reduced available space. The bathroom was spacious and had a jacuzzi bath, which we didn't use. There was a wet room type shower which, whilst efficient, resulted in the bathroom floor getting very wet.

Location. On-site parking. On-site bar. On-site breakfast facilities. 24 hour front desk. Cleanliness.

Room was very small. We had a problem with the toilet flush, although it was sorted quickly. Shower had rain head and only a small screen so water went everywhere. There was no where to hang used towels. The breakfast room looked great and the food on offer sounded to be local produce and very good, but at Euro 24 per head was too expensive. Our meal out the night before was only Euro 124 for three courses and four glasses of wine and waiter service.

Great location for walking into Beaune old town. Secure underground parking (for an extra charge which we knew about in advance). This was the main reason we booked this hotel as we were on a motorbike. Comfy warm room, lovely bed, very quiet (we were at the back), slept really well. Tea and coffee making facilities were a nice touch.

Small point - bathroom was really small, but not really an issue for one night.

The value for location and facilities for what we paid was great. The front desk staff was nice and the location within walking distance of the old town was great. Public free parking is nearby around the corner and if you want to pay 15 euros you can park at the hotel as well. Vineyards are close either by car or walk in town.

They need to provide different size pillows, the ones in the room were too large for us. The bathroom has some mold in the bathtub and could easily be fixed with some caulking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent and the room clean, tidy and extremely comfortable. The location was excellent for walking into the town. There was nothing that we could fault. Above all the hotel had a wonderful charm about it. There was also a disabled bay right outside the hotel although the hotel itself had onsite parking.

- Room was outdated, despite most of the hotel photos showing newly renovated rooms - Shower could have done with a curtain as when using, water ended up all over the vanity and floor

The location is very convenient being situated just outside the historic centre within walking distance. Rooms are large and quaint with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet is impressively varied and delicious

The bath facilities is a large tub which is luxurious but for older guests, difficult to use and rather dangerous. Parking was limited but easily overcome with other paid parking options

Loved this location , hotel was so comfortable and bar out the back was a wonderful touch . Breakfast was excellent and staff were amazing . A special shout out to Ashley who gave us great advice about our stay in Beaune . One of the best staff we have had on our 2 month tour . Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone . Easy to find and parking secure .

Lovely old hotel but tastefully modern rooms, very comfy beds. Great staff and very helpful. A short walk (15mins tops) into the centre.

Not a case if didn’t like but felt there was a shortage of plug sockets in the room, we had to put the kettle on the floor to boil it, not ideal. The only other little problem was our shower head needed cleaning or changing. These are little comments but did not deter from our lovely stay in the hotel

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and in the heart of Beaune. The staff were fabulous, who spoke excellent English and were attentive and gracious. It has a wonderful outside bar, the rooms were top class in terms of cleanliness and comfort.

I know it's a common theme in hotels but would have loved larger towels! The car parking space if you have a large car is a little tight to get in and out of but manageable.
