Everything. Lovely, friendly lady to show us around and give us information. The apartment was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Brilliant location, close to restaurants, shops and opposite the beach.

We liked everything. I would have liked a fixing to hold the shower, other than just to be held by hand but other than that it had everything.

A studio apartment right on the sea-side, with good space for us as a couple. A balcony overlooking the sea and a small kitchen area made staying there a pleasure. Right by a number of restaurants, cafes and shops and a short walk from the main street in Gouves.

Very little! A place to hang the shower-head to allow a better shower would help, and we used up the kindly supplied coffee in a couple of days - that is our own fault though!

Location is one of the best in Gouves, Restaurants and shops right around the corner. Very spacious balcony with comfortable furniture. Host was very kind and caring.

It would have been nice to have a place to hang the shower head, we had to hold it in our hand while showering, not a big issue but would have been nice.

Sonia is extremely kind, I received all the necessary information with pictures and instructions to enter the room. When I left, I was able to stay longer so that the children could sleep at lunch in the room. The apartment has two rooms on the ground floor, with a side view of the sea. The double bed is very comfortable , a double extendable sofa in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, coffee filter, kettle and Sandwachmaker, we managed excellently and could cook for the children. Bathroom with hot water, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo.the hotel's swimming pool is clean with warm water, a part with small water where children can play. Playground with slide, house, swing. 10-15 min walk to Aquarium, dinosaur park and theme museum. Heraklion half an hour away by car. There are many restaurants in the area, at the one next door you can serve breakfast for 6 euros, good food and a children's menu. We recommend 2Frends, cheap and very tasty food.

Great little apartment. Really wish I had booked the full front facing sea view though. I did have a bit of a view of the sea and it was pleasant to sit on the terrace for breakfast. lovely big bed and decent sized apartment. Wi-Fi was good and kitchen was well enough equipped for a short stay. Loved going to the pool area next door. Sonia was great as a host: responsive, friend and helpful.

We loved our stay in Gouves. The apartment was perfectly clean and had all the equipment we needed. Our host Sonia was really nice, very helpful and were there for us the whole time, to give us tips we needed or booking the airport transfer spontaneous. The apartment lies perfectly between two beaches (around 2-4 minutes to walk) and had little supermarkets and many restaurants near-by. Next to the apartment you can easily rent a car, quad or scooter. The balcony which has the best view to the seaside I ever had is perfect to start the day right oder sitting there to watch the sun go down. If I ever will go back to Kreta, I would stay there again!

Area of the property was not any interesting at all. Our room was facing the side road so no views. No aircon in front room

The accommodation exceeded our expectations! The room was cozy, perfectly clean, with a simple & stylish interior. The bed is huge for two people & the absolute best thing is the direct sea view 😍😍 Definitely get a room with one if there is one available! The communication was ideal, we were welcomed in a very pleasant way despite our late aririval, it's a place we would absolutely suggest! We only stayed for one night but the kitchen was very well equipped for a long stay!

The accommodation was mentioned "with a breakfast" in the filter on booking.com, it wasn't a problem for us that there was none but maybe a thing to keep in mind that it's not actually offered. Besides that, everything was perfect!!!

We stayed for a single night, because we needed a place to stay after we arrived very late at the airport. The rooms were clean and we had an air conditioner. The host gave us instructions on how to retrieve the key from the key box.

What a wonderful seaside apartment in Crete. The room was huge and airy, and the balcony overlooking the sea was just stunning - especially in the evenings to watch the sunset. Had everything we needed, and nice and close to a variety of amenities.

Nothing. We were only there for 2 nights and it was perfect.
