The property was very clean, smelling good. I will definitely come back to stay on this property again.

The staff was amazing. I would like to send a shout out to Maya Britney Marcus all three made me feel very welcome. Me and my family would definitely come back and visit again thank you, Maya, especially for making my stay very comfortable even though my distance was 19 minutes. It did not feel like it. thanks to Miss Maya. She gave me shortcuts how to get to the convention center to my daughter‘s finals for star quest thank you, Maya I am so grateful to you the best day ever. Can’t wait to come back again.😊❤️

The maybe one thing I did enjoy was the breakfast

Water in room 502 runs extremely extremely slow, the curtain was hanging half down, couldn’t get the room dark because the curtain hung down. The beds mattress had our bodies hurting so bad we were stiff. The mattress has no support of cushion, feels as if it’s been there since the day the hotel was built. The headboard to the bed has a slant to it. I wanted to get in the pool the night I arrived, only to find the “inside” pool was freezing cold. Spoiled my excitement to relax at the pool before bed. Overall, I must say it’s the worse hotel experience I’ve had. After traveling to rest and relax; was an epic fail.

This is our go-to place when we're in town. It's 4 minutes from my daughter's house and close to everything... food, shopping and the beach. The staff is phenomenal A++, very responsive and everyone is so friendly. Makes it feel like home. 1st time in a suite and it's the perfect size and layout.

Facility is definitely showing signs of wear. Rooms could stand a deep clean (vents, couch cushions). Elevator threshold needs to be fixed it's a trip hazard. Water pressure could be better and adjustable shower head/ handheld option would be great.

The staff was professional and helpful. The morning manager knew us by name within the first day and answered our questions and helped us out when we needed it. She was great. Our room was too small so we arranged to move to a suite. Although this location is older and could use some upgrades and improvements, the suite was clean and the bed amazingly comfortable. The sheets were dreamy and soft. We had a surprisingly great stay here!

Age of the facility and rooms could use refurbishing.

We came to this property after we left another one. We were super tired and irritated, but we got checked in and was the room was great. It was clean and nice cool. In a great location and Starbucks was across the parking lot (huge plus for me lol). They had just had new carpet laid in the halls (need to clean up pieces and vacuum) so there was that smell in the hallway. Decent breakfast each morning, so we were pretty content.

Beds are not comfortable at all. Even my 15 y/o son woke up aching from the hard beds. They definitely need to invest in some new mattresses or toppers for the room we had. Not sure if all rooms are like this, but whoo wee. Breakfast space needs to be bigger. There isn’t enough room for you to sit and to get through to get your food.

My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very adequate. Good location near the airport.

Difficulty accessing the airport shuttle. I called ahead to arrange and tho my flight arrived at 9:30 pm (and shuttle service ends at 10 pm) they arranged for me to meet the shuttle driver at 9:45. I was out front waiting by 9:50 (little hold up exiting the plane) but the driver had left. I had to take a cab (for 16.00!!--even tho the hotel is 1.8 miles from the airport). The shuttle driver took me back to the airport in the morning and told me he had been sent at 9:30 the night before and gave up and left the airport by 9:45. I should have booked a hotel with a better shuttle service.

The staff was great! Marcus and Briana were friendly and informative. The bed and pillows were great! The shower was hot and had alot of pressure. The location was around the corner from The Norfolk Premium Outlets and plenty of restaurants. All in all, the location made up for everything that was wrong.

The hotel rooms need updating. They converted the front room of my "2 queen bed suite" into a separate bedroom. There was no sofa or pullout. My bathroom floors had not been swept or mopped because there was hair weave all over it. Noticeable moisture spots tuned into rust along the bathroom door seals. We called down to have someone to look at the back bedroom tv because it wasn't getting any signal. Was told someone would be up. No one came. We figured it out ourselves and fixed it. Someone had set the alarm clock for 7am, so when it went off, it sounded like a fire truck and scared us all to death!! The indoor pool was open. My son stayed for only 15mins because he said it was too cold.

Hot Breakfast selection could have been better. No bananas available at all. No yogurt available for 2 days asked for clean towels twice never got them found a pair of sandals by window behind drapes not ours was room cleaned/vacumed big crack on window above air condtioner. air conditioner rattled loud when it kicked on

We really enjoyed the pool & the breakfast was not bad at all. I loved the walking distance to the Starbucks.

My room was dirty. I went to get ice and when I returned my Daughter said “mommy the person who stayed here had French fries” and I was confused until she said “mommy there’s French fries behind the couch”. There were also chips which looked like Cheetos on the side under the bed frame

Was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a separate room with one of the beds rather than both beds being next to each other like a typical hotel. Bed had a mattress pad to help make the bed even more comfortable. Staff were very great, helpful, and accommodating. 12pm checkout is also very nice!

Pool was a little smaller than expected, and the water could have been warmer. The towels were also kind of small but they did the job they were supposed to!
