I like when I enter my room and the TV.Welcome me with my love.The breakfast.I love that it was nice and clean there.

I did. Not like when we entered the room, it did not smell fresh. It smelled very musty and damp the phone and the safe did not work in the bedroom. And when we got up the next morning to take a shower, the tub and the shower ran at the same time, the plunge did not pull up all the way you could not pull it up, no matter what you did, it went down, stairs to tell them that. The phone and the safe was not working. They do not fix it. I did not know about the bathroom until the next morning.It was time for us to leave. Overall a nice trip. We'll definitely try again wonderful hotel.

We have visited this property twice in the last 6 weeks. Unfortunately it was to visit a friend who is terminally ill. I was greeted by Blessing at the front desk. She remembered me & gave me a hug ! I felt at home. She also remembered that I had recently proposed to my girlfriend & asked how we were doing. (She said yes, btw !). Give this young lady a bonus because she represents Embassy Suites in the best ways possible. We absolutely love the breakfast. I didn't get our hostess name but she was awesome ! (All I can tell you is she is 67 years young). My fiance was on crutches & your hostess went out of her way to help us. She even hugged my fiance! Y'all treated us better than family. Thank you.

The breakfast was good, offered several options including made to order omelets. The Manager's daily happy hour was nice.

The hotel charges a fee for parking in their lot. However, there is no signage that spells out the fee, I only learned of it at check in. Also there is no secured/limited access to the outdoor parking lot, like a gate and no security cameras in the lot. In fact several cars were vandalized in the parking lot during my visit. So paying for parking without any visible security features was an unwelcome surprise.

I have stayed with Embassy Suites for over 20 years I always enjoy the spacious suites and clean facilities and of course the nibbles and cocktails.

This happy hour was very weird. There was goldfish and pepper jack cheese cubes with tortilla chips and salsa. The bar was not at the bar it was in a nook and offered very little to choose from and no diet drinks as mixers. The weirdest moment was when the bartender told me they could make grapefruit juice from orange juice??? It is its own fruit. Then I just became concerned completely about the whole happy hour. Other than that wonderful clean and attentive staff.

Everything that was open and available was excellent, the staff is always wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was great and the gentlemen who handle the omelette station are always top tier

The door to the room was noisy and the elevators do need some work on the flooring especially, one was having issues but overall the property is great

I loved the location and that everything was easy to find.

When we got there there was someones tooth brushes in the safe and ketchup packets on the floor between the nightstand and the bed, even after the room was cleaned it was all still there. Also the pool, fitness center and the restaurant wasn't availably. At breakfast I could tell they were short handed but that was no excuse to be rude when pointing out to a employee that there was no silverware left.

Outstanding Breakfast. Omelets made to order. Quality food, I felt like I was eating a higher grade of bacon and sausage. The staff seem eager to take my plate at the breakfast table. The alcoholic drink server was very pleasant and eager to help you decide on the type of drink you wanted. The apple juice was very tasty.

The orange juice was very cheap. I could taste the orange rinds in it. The better brands you only taste the orange in the juice. I didn't like having to pay for my parking.

Location, cleanliness and size of the room. The continental breakfast was also good.

The staff was rude. The lady at the front desk was not knowledgeable of the facilities amenities. I wasn’t aware of the complimentary happy hour. The omelette chef was very rude and rushing everyone at 8:40 when I arrived for breakfast. He said “Yall hurry up and know what yall want because I don’t like having a line and I stop making omelettes at 9.” I didn’t appreciate his attitude as if we had just walked up off the street.

The hotel was very clean and smelled so refreshing. I'm so glad that they had a non-smoking policy in place. I also liked the complimentary drinks and breakfast.

I disliked that you had to pay for parking. As guests, we are already paying for accommodation. Also, charging 7 dollars for bottled water is crazy. I can understand having a pack of water in the rooms. Two bottles of water should be complimentary to each room. Beyond that, I agree to pay for extra.

Location is prime. I’ve been in this hotel a few times and it’s always nice, the staff especially. The breakfast was very good and the ac did wonders for how dreadfully hot and humid it was

The room we were in could use a couple tweaks. The door was off line and was hard to open and close so we had to put extra work into making sure it was closed when we were not in there. There was also a gnat in the bathroom when we got in but otherwise it was great
