Room was spatious, equiped with airconditioning, all kitchen equipment that is needed. Spa and children playground a plus! Also the green area - Gardenland great for outdoor activities with children. Local team had good effort for 1st of June celebration.

Bed mattress too soft. Slippery floor when wet. Breakfast average. A la carte menu: soup, pizza and pasta options ok, ribeye steak carbonized…generally the meats were not prepared according to good standards.

Beautiful grounds, lots of facilities, and places to walk around. Close to the beach as well. Staff were incredible, exceeding all of our expectations.

They could use more baby-friendly options at the restaurant. We found some (salt and milk-free) options at breakfast, but had to bring most of our own food for our 10-month old at lunch and dinner.

food: pastries and desserts of poor quality; limited options for dinner- a lot of fried food, overall unhealthy options beach was not maintained properly- cigarette buds and straws everywhere in the sand, dirty beach pillows, dirty glasses kids pool was full of adults daily, who were just bathing in there- if it is a kids pool, they should not be allowed to use it , only excepting the cases where they are with a young child. Our daughter had caught a stomach bug one day before we left, most probably due to the kids pool water- not pleasant.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful, which truly made us feel like we were on vacation. The apartment was spacious, including the balcony, and nicely furnished. The underground parking was great for keeping the car cool and protected from the summer sun. The spa area was very nice, with a warm pool and a jacuzzi. There's also a park near the resort with plenty of play areas for kids. All in all, it was a great stay — we would definitely recommend it. The outside pool area was also very enjoyable.

I expected a better bed and pillows, as the mattress was too soft for my liking. The music from the restaurant could be heard throughout the day, continuing until 11 or 12 PM and starting again at 7 AM. The music was too club-like for my taste; it would have been better if it was more relaxed, especially in the morning or late at night.

Traveled with our 2-year-old and he absolutely loved it! The room was spacious, and the cleaning staff came daily to take out the trash, change the towels, and even wash our dishes. Both the main pool and the kids’ pool were great—though I do wish there had been showers nearby to help keep dirt out of the water, but I understand that might have made the area slippery. The food was varied and delicious—we enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The garden area is fantastic and packed with activities. During our stay, they even brought in small cars and set up a track, which was a fun surprise for our little one!

The only major downside for us was the beach :( While the sunbeds, design, and facilities look great—probably after the recent beach expansion—the sand is full of shells, making it uncomfortable to walk on, even for adults. For our toddler, it was especially tough to enjoy... even the area near the water was far from soft. Unfortunately, although I had planned to return this year, I’m now considering going to Bulgaria/Greece instead due to the better beach conditions/all-inclusive for similar money. I’ll probably return next year, but I truly hope the sand quality improves.

Very helpfull staff. The hotel and restaurant managers (Mr Gigi and Geanny) are awesome and resolved small things we needed very fast. Also the Leto restaurant is awesome. One of the waiters was on his first day there but after 26 years on a cruise ship so he was one of the best waiters we have ever seen! And the stories he had! Very good food. A nice place where we always come back with pleasure

Music on the pool should be lower volume. You could hear it from everywhere even inside the rooms

Perfect location for a family with small kids. The rooms are very clean and have a small kitchen, so you can prepare something if needed. Is very close to the beach, you have also a very nice playground in the campus. Also, there are outside pools (one for kids and one for adults) and an inside pool in case the weather is not that great. The breakfast is ok but the a la carte menu should be improved

The food from the a la carte menu needs some upgrade (also is very hard to find gluten and lactose free options).

The room was very clean and nice, the SPA was very well maintained and every person working there was very helpful

We had a pleasant stay, we enjoyed the indoor pool and the surroundings. There is a large playground the kids can spend time at. The breakfast was great, a lot of options, many fruits, vegetables, eggs, anything you can think you would eat at breakfast. The only thing I can think of that was missing were fresh juices. I really appreciated the blackouts in the rooms and the room size. Towels are provided at the indoor pool and at the beach as well.

The location is a bit remote and there isn`t any place for you onsite to buy some water for example. Also, the only restaurant accessible by foot is the one onsite, which is a mediocre one, high prices and average quality. The rooms aren`t soundproof and you can hear your neighbors or the cleaning staff. Loud noises from the outside after lunch (1-3 PM), when kids might go to sleep and also late in the evening, up to 10 PM. We arrived just after a major storm on a Sunday and the outside pools started being cleaned up only on Tuesday afternoon, so we didn`t have the chance to use them. Also, a clothes dryer on the balcony would have been nice.
