The place was very nicely located, close to the festivities of Carnaval and along a row of restaurants but in a quiet part of the street. We were able to watch the parade in the warmth of our room which was such a bonus! We appreciated being able to use the kitchen with all the condiments on hand and all things you'll need to make a proper meal as we got stuck one day during a blizzard. Both beds were comfortable. Communication was great!

Great location! Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. Easy walking distance to museums, galleries, all the sights and shopping. Good amount of space in suite. Fantastic shower. Comfortable matress and pillows. Kitchen well equipped.

There is a flat screen TV as per the description, but there's is no service, so unless you have your laptop with you and a streaming service, the TV is useless. That should be mentioned in the description. There is no mattress protector on the bed. First time we've ever experienced that & it just seems weird. The comforter between the sheets has quite a few stains. The centre window in the bay window was filthy. Dirty spent coffee pod in the coffee machine. Lounging chairs aren't comfortable. Dirt in bathroom drawers.

Location was excellent for us - the host might talk up the proximity to The Plains of Abraham park more, because it's spectacular. The host reached out to us several times which demonstrated his availabilty.

Host's online Google doc about the rental listed the wi-fi name incorrectly and had no instructions about the HVAC which would have been helpful. The toaster was a bit knackered and set off the smoke alarm twice during use which prompted us to make toast in the bathroom. These were minor irritations and all part of the adventure of travel.

My recent stay at a booking in Quebec City was absolutely fantastic. The location was superb, offering easy access to all the city's attractions. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the host's responsiveness when we requested an additional blanket was remarkable. The prime location made exploring the historic district a breeze, with all the major sights just a short walk away. Checking in was hassle-free, and the place was spotless upon our arrival. When we needed an extra blanket, the host was quick to respond and provide it. In summary, I highly recommend this booking for an exceptional stay in Quebec City. It offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit, and I'll certainly be returning in the future.

Location was great. The apt really nice. The shower amazing! We loved being close to a park, a "real" neighborhood 10 mins walk away for coffee/breakfast, food shopping, pharmacy, bookstore etc. Parking was ok, even on the street, but be careful--even with parking garages--they are not always open! (Great to have the hotel across the street for it's reception desk help, cafe, and really good food in a fun revolving rooftop restaurant.)

Wish there had been a bit better hosting in that, online/querty is fine, unless your phone is dead or having international issues. Wish there had been more printed info. When we did reach the host by phone, he was very good and helpful.

Very cozy and nice apartment, great location for walking around the park and walking into the city centre. We would stay there again. If you have time check out Siberia SPA!

At the front: The host provided us with useful information and links. However a few infos: Parking is vey difficult - there are only a few streets close by where you can park during the day for a minimum of 90 min; parking is most of the time also forbidden during the night. There are a few streets a little more far away (10 min. per foot min.) where you can park during the night; otherwise I would recommend using a parking garage as the parking lots outside are (sometimes) only for 12 hours and they were full all the time we tried.

We were delighted with our stay at 555 Grande Allee. The space was lovely, convenient and well-cared for. Our unit had great character and benefitted from thoughtful attention to detail. The beds and showers were extremely comfortable, and we had plenty of space to stretch-out. The location was perfect - with the park right behind us, and desired destinations a short walk in every direction. The hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful - before, during and after our stay.

The overall hotel was good, it was spacious with an antique vintage look, it had a great location very close to the restaurants and pubs street, the beds were comfy and clean bathrooms were clean with all the needed toiletries (shampoo, shower jell, towels) , no toothpaste.

the only thing that we didn't like is that there is no parking available for the hotel, you can park your car on street facing the hotel but just at night, and there is a near parking for about 25CAD for 12 hrs which is about 7 mins far

The apartment was well located for my needs (I was travelling for work). It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Parking was available at a cost about a block or two away.

Since the apartment is at the corner of a main street, the traffic and street lights are bright during the night. The bed is facing the windows, so you might need to bring something to cover your eyes if this is something you are sensitive to when sleeping.

The building is historic and charming. Our penthouse apartment was spacious and comfortable with a balcony and fabulous shower! The kitchen is well equipped.

The principal room had a large wardrobe that was mostly unusable. Perhaps it once housed a Murphy bed? The stovetop was a bit dated ; the burner covers were covered with foil and looked “used.”
