The layout of the 2 bed apartment was great. Pool was nice.

Not enough cutlery or glasses. Not enough loungers by pool (would have been great to have one on balcony as was big enough). Would have preferred the pool open earlier when not as hot. Issue when one guest pulled a gun on a guy and fired a shot then came into our block, we saw it from our balcony only a few feet away, no guidance or message from the hotel to see how we were or to confirm that the police had got him - we were terrified. Taxi we got from airport was 38 euros, car hotel booked to return to airport was 80 euros

The staff was kind and we could do an early check-in.

It closed between 12.00 and 15.00 so we could not drop off our luggage early.

Location was excellent beside supermarket, bakery, chemist and train station. Great pool it was cleaned daily and had security during the day . Beach around the corner. Close to restaurants and fabulous restaurants walking distance at the Marina. Staff were great very helpful and friendly. Reception was open all day and in the evening. Apartment had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay .

I had read the reviews before I booked so I was aware only one roll of toilet paper n no washing up liquid. I brought a small bottle under 100ml of washing up liquid with me and a dish cloth.(Easy to pack ). There are soap dispensers in the bathroom they could put a dispenser in the kitchen with washing up liquid in it. Just an idea. There are extra towels and sheets under the bunk beds drawer and top shelves in wardrobes.

Clean, well equiped apartment and nice pool. The location was close to the beach an close to the train station Cros de Cagnes, which is convenient of you want to take day trips in the area. We appreciated the large balcony, that the windows could be completely blacked out and that the air condition worked well.

The kids beds were not made when we arrived so that is something we had to do ourselves (which was not a big deal though). A plus would be a dishbrush, dishsoap and more toilet paper so you don’t have to run and buy that yourself.

Nemea Appart Hotel Le Lido is a comfortable hotel in Cagnes sur Mer. The rooms and balconies are spacious, the pool is a great swim. Location is good, walking distance to main locations like supermarkets, restaurants and the promenade. The room was adequately equipped, with a very well working airco. The parking garage is spacious and well priced (12 E per night, 60 E for a full week)

The waste collection corner is always full and a bit dirty, the classification of waste is not clear. At the pool there is no shadow at all, so you are constantly exposed to the sunlight. Also it can be crowded and the number of chairs is limited.

Very Spacious and Comfortable apartment. Close to beaches, airport and public transport for all easy acces to Nice (bus on the doorstep) Pool and spa facilities were fantastic.

Delayed check in when we were extremely hot after travelling. We were due to check in at 5pm and didnt get in until after 6pm to soaking wet floors which I actually slipped on and cut me foot. Need to be more prepared for guests although eventually we were offered to swim in the pool while we waited which was welcome.

The room was upgraded to be near friends. Views from the lounge and terrace were wonderful. The room was very clean and reception staff were excellent. Bathrooms were well appointed and there was a good supply of towels.

A little more information on travel provision in the area could have been given, especially in regard to buses, trams and trains. A sheet explaining how to get these to the airport 3 miles away from the hotel would be ideal, as taxis are very expensive. Giving the links and bus numbers etc would be excellent. There was no corkscrew in the apartment - most French bottles of wine have corks !!!

Nice appartment with pool and sea view at a very good location to the promenade and the restaurants there. So far clean (french level), good bathroom, good bed. Has A/C. Full equipped kitchen so you don't need to go out every day for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Good underground parking but doesn't go for 4WD. Height limit is 1.80m and mine was higher so I had to park outside. Pool is great, good to swim all day and to rtest an hour sleeping in the sun. Beach is nearby so you have freedom of choice. This time I preferred the pool for the beach due to water temp. Oh I was now the third time there and I still love it. Good value for money. Good for families with toddlers and kids. Safe for them. Area to play. Beaches nearby.

Underground parking limited to 1.80m height. Cleanliness could be improved to perfection. No coffee machine in the kitchen. Couldnt extend booking :(

Spacoius rooms. Nice bathroom. Great pool. Clean.

It would have been nice to know that we needed to bring toilet papet, dishwasher detergent and trashbags. It is also possible to get stuck in the basement hall between the laundryroom and the elevator. Remember to bring your room code with you or you might get stuck in the basement.

Fantastic facilities, pool is excellent. Our apartment had two full bedrooms plus an extra cabin (box room) with a bunk bed which happily slept the entire group. Apartment was spacious and for the price we paid easily met our standards.

Cleanliness is unfortunately a bit of an issue. There was pet hair all over the floor, the coffee table which had some rust at the bottom left a mark when it was moved. Ants also managed to get into our cupboards within the first night which suggests that they had already been a bit of a problem there.
