We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bangkok. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for long stay - including a washer and kitchen, which was incredibly convenient. The balcony offered a lovely view of the pool, and thanks to the pretty good soundproofing, we didn’t hear any noise from outside. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and pleasant even in Bangkok’s heat. Overall, a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Highly recommended!

Window of hall was always open, smell of cigarets from outside easily filled the halls.

Ordered a taxi with the hotel to take me to the airport for an early morning flight. Taxi arrive late and broke down on the way to the airport. Credit to the driver as he did arrange for another cab to come and pick me up on the highway within 10 minutes so I made my flight. Think the Hotel should reconsider which taxi firm they use in future.

Good breakfast and good service. Nice room. Very good staff in the hotel and such a good cleaning. Nice area around with many restaurants and shops and close to bts.

It's a chain of hotels and the staff have because of that difficulties to be flexible with the managements rules. Example check in is 2 pm and if they have room alredy finished for guests they can not let anyone go to the room except if they pay 1000 baht. That is ridicules and not very good if you want to be a serviceminded hotel. But the staff at the reception is doing its best but its a rule what I understand that comes from higher up in the management. So if the management is reading this, please give the reception more flexibility to solve problems so they can give better service to their customers.

Fair value for money,location was good-away from the hustle and bustle. Close enough to the BTS and other public transport.

Pool area was a bit dated and unclean.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and ready for me when I arrived. I enjoyed the variety of sweet and savory options for breakfast. The view of the pool during because was relaxing. I could easily access the hotel and also get my deliveries.

The fact that I couldn't turn off the bathroom lights. When I did I found the room smelling terrible. As a person who is concerned about the environment and trying to reduce my carbon footprint it pained to have to leave the lights on all day and all night. I also think the wall of the corridors could use some color. Some paintings or something. It was so white that I felt empty every time I walked from the elevator to my room 🤭.

Central, close to BTS so it was very convenient to travel around Bangkok. The breakfast was great with good selection of good. It was they included barrister coffee, tea, juice and any smoothie.

There was no digital TV. The satellite channels were blurry and not entertaining. The room lights were very dim

Amazing hotel- clean and spacious. Walking distance from MRT which made getting around Bangkok extremely easy.
