The best part about this place was the view from our room — it opened right onto the ocean. Absolutely stunning!

We didn’t really like that the extra services, which you’d expect to be included in a spa hotel, actually came with additional charges. For example, the spa itself wasn’t included in the stay — and that was disappointing. Unfortunately, the smell in our room was quite unpleasant, which really affected the experience. Breakfast was just okay — a big selection, but nothing particularly tasty or memorable.

SPA Police woman. Feeling NOT welcome, because all the time was saying that we must leave in case come 40 persons because we already stay there too much time. In Service sistem ant kind of information must be served in an appropriate way!

Access to the park, all inclusive buffet, night shows

Lack of water in the rooms every day. Only all inclusive have right to water which is an essential drink specially for children in the night bar. Do not agree with this for the amount of money we pay.

Good location on the beach front. Easy parking for bicycles, tho you need to have your own locks and parking area was not secure. It has a good indoor pool. Breakfast very good.

The initial point of contact with the staff at the front desk was not welcoming. Buffet dinner was ordinary. Overall the staff did not seem interested in clients and in my opinion need urgent training in this area.

The room was fantastic, the hotel services and amenities were very good the only exception was the extremely hot swimming pool, we found the temperature way to high and uncomfortable. The sea was rather cold and rough but the water park pools made up for that and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

The hot water pool was uncomfortably hot.

great location / great choices at breakfast buffett / super friendly reception / great bright room with lots of space, tea, coffee and big tv / save parking spots underneath the hotel / great walks can be done around the area, along the beach of course and to all the countless restaurants in town

The hotel is super well located and nicely decorated. The Christmas decorations were outstanding. Staff is super nice and welcoming. The spa facilities are excellent. The staff at the Spa are incredibly helpful, professional, and competent. I thoroughly recommend it.

Everything was great.

The availability of the staff, the food, cleanliness, vicinity to the beach, the village, there were no flies (!) specially on the dining room which I think is rare being so near the beach and a very good indicator!

The bed wasn't too comfortable, the fruit at the meals was always the same. The nearest pharmacy is 3+ Kms away on Vieira de Leiria.

The view is epic. It is an upmarket luxurious hotel. The spa is good. Rooms are huge. Everything is modern.

For the price I expect no flaws. I had to change rooms cause in mine the heater wS not working and it was freezing, like 15 degrees. In the new room the temperature was better but still cold and u cannot manually set it to higher as the reception informed me upon check out, but they said they are working on it overall so they knew of this problem. Also the private spa it is a great offer for 12 euros u get it for an hour to yourself. However the sauna (and there is only one sauna and one hamam) was not heated at all when I got there so it could not be used for much out of this one hour. If minor flaws like this (though having a good night sleep in a warm room is nothing minor to me) it would be perfect.

Stay was amazing, staff very nice and friendly. Local food & produce was consistently served in our restaurant which exceeded our expectations about conventional "all inclusive". Distance until the ocean + Maripark were great. Spa was nice and clean, also many areas to relax and sit with the book apart from the beach & waterpark.
