The accommodation was great, clean and well cared for. Staff on evening and morning shifts were very welcoming and customer orientated. They helped by putting a freezer block for medication transport in a freezer overnight for our travel the next day. The breakfast was the best Super 8 breakfast we have experienced. Juices, coffees, teas, bakery items, granola bars, cereals, porridge, pancakes, fruit and yogurts (I’ve probably missed something). This made the stay great value for money. Thank you.

At various points in the evening and morning there were noises like a water tank filling (thought it was a bath being filled in a room above but it went on way past a bath filling). It did not affect our sleep.

breakfast was very basic, with few protein choices. cold cereal, instant oatmeal, bananas, pastries, pancakes, yogurt, granola bars. coffee, tea, fruit juices. adding cheese sticks, hard boiled eggs, small cups of peanut butter, cream cheese and toast or bagels would have given more protein choices apples and cheese or peanut butter are a nice combination

Location was the main reason for using this facility. The breakfast was minimal.

The check in area was very small. If you get two or more people in there at once it is extremely tight and uncomfortable. The problem with the lobby is it looks large because it's long. However, people don't stand back away from the counter, they crowd in while waiting.

It was in the city we needed and next to the brewery where we ate dinner.

The automatic pancake maker appeared to be malfunctioning and the all the coffee decanters were empty. I figured out how to use the coffee maker and make another decanters as everyone was needed coffee and there was no one to be seen at 6:45 AM. Never did get pancakes.

The young lady at the front desk is exceptional So helpful giving us info on the redwoods along with her own suggestions of great places to stop along the way. The room was pretty standard, but clean with a comfy bed.

The continental breakfast is pretty limited, and the breakfast eating area is pretty small. It was enough to get us on the road.

No one told me about the breakfast. Location was perfect for me. South to the Humboldt Redwoods and north to Eureka. Was clean and relatively quiet. Felt secure traveling alone and did use the laundry mat as I had been on the road for 10 days and timing was right.

Water pressure for the shower was very low and the refrigerator kept defrosting on the floor. The manager did give me towels to keep it mopped up.

Front desk checkin... didn't feel welcome. Seems like we took her away from something else. Breakfast in morning was same way. Didnt get a goodmorning or nice welcome. Just didn't feel very welcoming at this hotel

The entire facility is very clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping and maintenance staffs are top notch. Loved that the hotel is sandwiched between the Eel River Brewing Company and the riverwalk.

I really like the convenience of the location of the property because it was a perfect distance from where I wanted to travel. I really thought it was quiet and clean and very safe as I was someone traveling alone.

Motel was close to 101 freeway. Lots of big trucks parked on the street next to motel. Office staff was friendly and responsive. Room was medium sized with basic furniture, fridge and microwave.
