This place was AMAZING!!!!! The location made it easy to find. The room was very spacious and clean, even the beds were perfect! I will be staying here again, the next time I make it to California!!

The room had everything we could want! Great shower pressure, exceptionally clean, really comfortable beds. Location was a little unpleasant, but there was a lovely store a couple blocks away. Ice machine didn’t work, outside was unclean, reception both didn’t answer the phone and wasn’t at the desk when I visited twice-even the bell didn’t get his attention. The day we left with all our stuff and dog, we had to get around a young woman on the stairs with Fentanyl nod off. Unpleasant not necessarily overly unsafe.

we moved from the mobility room to a suite recently updated comfortable mattress, not to firm high shower head so did not have to duck under high vanity mirror so could see my entire face to shave (am 6'2" and many hotel/motels have shower heads and mirrors to low) comfort height toilet clean grout kitchenette good lighting good location for walking into Old Town

would like to see a grab bar in the tub/shower for everyone's safety, especially senior travelers....perhaps even one on the wall next to tub for assisting getting out.

The room was nice, the beds were smaller than expected. Ended up needing a late checkout, they worked with me, and I was very grateful for that.

Didn’t know it was an extended stay motel, surprisingly didn’t feel scary. Parking was horrible. My biggest complaint was when I called (from off the property), I got cutoff by them hanging up on me.

it’s so nice to have a Washer dryers, on site and I was close to a lot of dining and co-ops. The room was very spacious and clean. The housekeeper was attentive to all my needs daily, and she made sure to have plenty of clean towels and linens for me each and every day and hot coffee was in the front lobby.

There are no shelves in the bathroom for washbag. There is no area to hang clothing. Suggest upstairs room not ground floor. You can hear chairs' furniture, and people moving. I used a box for bedroom side table

The room was updated and I loved the floors. The area was convenient to a grocery store and quiet at night. We used the washing machine and dryer which were fairly new and reasonable. The manger was amazing and very helpful. Thanks for an easy and comfortable stay. Will definitely return.

Don’t judge a Book by its cover!! The rooms were really nice to our surprise they cooked freshly remodeled very clean bed was comfy !!

Ice machine didn’t have ice and soda machine was empty the whole stay. But other than that it was great

Everything was amazing. Everything looked like the whole place has been newly renovated. Location is great. Staff was the best. Highly recommend for you and your family

The staff were friendly. John at the reception desk was helpful and hospitable. I appreciate the House keepers too. Kita did her best.
