Breakfast is convenient and pretty good. Liked that a suite was offered. With three beds, good for families with more than 2 kids or traveling with friends.

The bed was squeaky and I could feel the springs located in the suite. Was ok for one person but if two had slept on it I think it would have been a problem. Also there were no eggs left when we came to breakfast and since we had to hurry we couldn’t wait for them to be made.

Clean room, comfortable bed, no riff raff = solid stay

Unfortunately, I was charged on two different credit cards for the same stay, which led to phone calls to my bank and back-and-forth with staff. After four days, it finally got resolved. Steve the desk guy made the mistake. He could've been more apologetic and communicative considering it was HIM who double-charged me, not Jay the owner. Otherwise, the hotel was fine.

Our total experience was nothing short from excellent. The room was comfortable and clean, housekeeper was pleasant, cafeteria was clean and good variety of food with the exception of the eggs...they were too hard but other than that our stay was great and will patronage in the future

Spacious room that was well-located. Aside from the elevator floor, the facility was very clean. Gated parking lot was a plus. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was rather poor in it's selection. Elevator floor was dirty. Bathroom faucet needed to be fixed. (I alerted the front desk about the faucet upon our departure.)

Almost everything was very very good. I forgot about the pool. I would have liked to have used it.

Breakfast was ok, not great. Too much food was prepared for breakfast at one time which made it less fresh/overcooked. Still, it tasted ok and unexpected. The last place I stayed at did not have a complimentary breakfast.

The price is friendly. The location is good only 5-6 mins walk to a big local convenient store. There are Chinese buffet at the same compound mall as well which their food is tasty, also other places to eat, and a massage place. We like hotel's breakfast. It's simple but enough for what we need. Breakfast is tasty and a staff always makes sure the buffet trays are filled up with food. Overall hotel inside and outside is so clean

The room is so clean but the smell in the room isn't fresh. Smell like old room but we don't mind that. We assumed it was from the smell of fabric conditioner they have used or it maybe comes from A/C.

Check-in process was quick and easy. Breakfast was done well. The dining area may have limited seating, but staff always keeps it clean. Swimming pool area is clean and towels are well stocked. Parking area is gated in the evening. Overall, very satisfied with the stay.

Really nothing we didn't like. Family wanted me to rate 10/10.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The mini fridge came in handy. Clean towels were given without complaint.

The signage as there is a vending machine next to the back exit, but no indication anywhere that it existed.

The TV remote did not work well and when we called the front desk, they didn't know how to use it either. No guide or instructions in the room. Average breakfast. They deep fried the sausage. Toasters were so slow, a line formed and we had to wait when we wanted to get on the road.

Kids loved the breakfast and the pool. Room was spacious and clean.

I was a bit worried about the facility across the street but nothing happened so I guess its just bias. I do appreciate that they have gates that only open with a key card overnight. Bed was way too hard!
