Clean room, comfortable bed, no riff raff = solid stay

Unfortunately, I was charged on two different credit cards for the same stay, which led to phone calls to my bank and back-and-forth with staff. After four days, it finally got resolved. Steve the desk guy made the mistake. He could've been more apologetic and communicative considering it was HIM who double-charged me, not Jay the owner. Otherwise, the hotel was fine.

The price is friendly. The location is good only 5-6 mins walk to a big local convenient store. There are Chinese buffet at the same compound mall as well which their food is tasty, also other places to eat, and a massage place. We like hotel's breakfast. It's simple but enough for what we need. Breakfast is tasty and a staff always makes sure the buffet trays are filled up with food. Overall hotel inside and outside is so clean

The room is so clean but the smell in the room isn't fresh. Smell like old room but we don't mind that. We assumed it was from the smell of fabric conditioner they have used or it maybe comes from A/C.

Almost everything was very very good. I forgot about the pool. I would have liked to have used it.

Breakfast was ok, not great. Too much food was prepared for breakfast at one time which made it less fresh/overcooked. Still, it tasted ok and unexpected. The last place I stayed at did not have a complimentary breakfast.

Check-in process was quick and easy. Breakfast was done well. The dining area may have limited seating, but staff always keeps it clean. Swimming pool area is clean and towels are well stocked. Parking area is gated in the evening. Overall, very satisfied with the stay.

Really nothing we didn't like. Family wanted me to rate 10/10.

Clean. Good location to the freeway

The TV remote did not work well and when we called the front desk, they didn't know how to use it either. No guide or instructions in the room. Average breakfast. They deep fried the sausage. Toasters were so slow, a line formed and we had to wait when we wanted to get on the road.

Kids loved the breakfast and the pool. Room was spacious and clean.

I was a bit worried about the facility across the street but nothing happened so I guess its just bias. I do appreciate that they have gates that only open with a key card overnight. Bed was way too hard!

Quiet and clean with friendly and helpful staff

Bathroom door shut automatically and locked with my wife in hot bath. She wanted help getting her out but I couldn’t get in to help. She was finally able to get out and unlock the door.

We're on a road trip and this has been the best place we've stayed at! Delicious breakfast options. Clean room and hotel. Fun swimming pool for the kids to play in and a hot tub for us adults to relax in! I'd totally recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in the area!

This place was extremely clean. I was quite pleasantly surprised. I also liked the security gate and it was easy to get around and find places.

This might be one of the last places that don't have a Keurig or similar. But I never travel without my French press. Also the microwave was in an awkward place, you have to bend down to work it and it's hard to see the numbers.

The room is clean and the breakfast was great.

They need install some free EV charging station to attract family with EV to loaves there during trips.
