Great friendly staff and they accommodated all our needs with our large family staying in 6 rooms and our graduation plans We liked the fact we had a fridge and a microwave Great to have tea facilities 24 hours

We had a room that had a couple of issues The blinds did not work on the windows and did not roll up and because it was a room designed for people with accessibility issues the bathroom did not have enough room for our bathroom products The ironing board was also in need of an upgrade as we did need a better iron and ironing board

Staff were super helpful and will run you back and forth to the airport which is two mins away. Breakfast was great. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was clean and large. I would stay here again in the event of being in the area.

It was a little pricey but then you get what you pay for.

Nice location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Really liked having an extra sofa to make watching TV more comfortable. Additionally the breakfast in the morning was great with omelets, bacon, sausage along with other typical breakfast foods.

Nothing to dislike here. Pricing was a little on the high side but well worth the extra amount for the cleanliness, comfort and friendly atmosphere provided by the staff.

The property was clean, the staff very helpful and positive and the room was terrific.

The breakfast selection was pretty good but the cereal tubes didn't indicate what type of cereal was in the tube and the young man working the breakfast allowed some of the selections run out, which took awhile to heat and restock.

Great base location for day tripping on the N. California coast. Sparklingly clean rooms and great shelf space/storage space in bathroom and bedroom - much appreciated when travelling for multiple days. Free breakfast had nice variety and saved looking for a breakfast spot each morning. Easy parking. Wi-fi was good.

Very close to airport. Very clean hotel overall and the breakfast was good. Very helpful, understanding and nice staff.

Some parts of the breakfast area felt cramped (especially at the juice dispenser). While the location is close to the airport, there is nothing in walking distance except for the multi-use trail.

Avoid room 101. Large loud door that most of the guests use since it’s the best access to the parking lot. Was not able to sleep well because of the constant band of the door. Everything else was perfect!

We checked in late and the floors were just cleaned and I felt bad about tracking in the weather but the desk attendant was so gracious and invited us in with a smile. she directed me to the food items so my dog could eat as we forgot her food, and added it to our bill which was nice not to dig out the card again. Nice fireplace area in lobby, cozy greeting.

Excellent location. In the room we first checked in the bathroom was clogged. The front staff was quick to move us to a different room and there was no issue after that. The hotel was well maintained and the room very comfortable. Would certainly recommend it to people looking for lodging accommodation in the area.

This hotel is our go to hotel in the McKinleyville CA area. It's consistent for service, staff professionalism, room amenities and location. Breakfast has a lot of options and there are plenty of luggage carts

Summer prices in 2023 have been nothing short of brutal. Far too much money for far too little room amenities. Realize hotels are businesses, but if you're not well-heeled, all hotels are severely overpriced.
