The location was easy to find. It was walkable to food and grocery if those were needed. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were nicely laundered- no stains, rips or wrinkles. Bonus- the ice machine worked! We were provided the ground floor as requested. I like there are preferred parking spaces for our Veterans- nice touch.

Door seals need work. Our room was in close proximity to the front desk and ice machine. We heard the machine cycle all night and front desk noise (not a lot at the desk, but still). As mentioned, the breakfast was good, and more protein options can be added- Greek yogurt, protein bars, cream cheese for the toast.

I really like the location of this hotel, because it is near Hwy 101 and Hwy 299 which makes it a great place to jump off to any destination I might have in the local area. There are also multiple food options within walking distance, as well as a couple gas stations / convenience stores. Also, it is all in one building, so once I am in for the night, the only people I see are other guests.

One thing that could use a little touch up would be the parking area, because while I was there I saw a few cars that appeared to have been there for a while, possibly broken down or abandoned. But the parking area is also a plus, because it is located off the street in its own area, which is good.

The room was very clean and much bigger than expected and the staff was exceptional. I also felt parking was safe, behind the building and well lit. And there was space to walk my dog. Breakfast was included and offered limited choices. Two fast food restaurants were next to the hotel for additional choices. Location is convenient and close to on/off the freeway ramps. Pets charge was $10

The front desk staff was AWESOME! He acknowledged my heavy suitcases and mentioned having a room available on the 1st floor and would that suit me better? YES! So nice!

The shower/tub finish in my room was in very poor condition. It needs replacing, it looks worse than it actually is. But from an inexperienced about materials person's perspective, it looks dirty, germy and bad.

Breakfast was good. Nice variety. We are late goers to breakfast and there was still waffle mix, cereal, and eggs when we got down there.

Hallway carpets were definitely worn and stained. The towel rack in our bathroom was missing some wire shelves, so our towels kept falling off onto the floor.

Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. We appreciated the room having a fridge and a microwave. It was also nice having a bathtub with a working drain stopper/plug.

Our key cards continually stopped working and we had to get them reset daily.

The facility was a good value for the price. The staff was friendly and the accommodations were comfortable. The breakfast was a nice touch and very tasty. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to our friends.

The beds and the room in general

We had someone in the room above us, and they seemed to want to walk around all night, and you could easily hear them. And the doors were loud when opening and closing you could hear guess tal in the hallways..

ThicK cinnamon toast bread. Good butter. Hard-boiled eggs and bananas. Coffee. Fresh, hot and decaf avail..

w/o a pool. 'Twas a warm week. Would have been delightful.

We don't usually eat there, but we go to eat at the nearby restaurant, Peppers, where they have amazing omelets. the coffee is good..

I was satisfied with my whole stay.
