The room was clean and quiet with well kept furnishings. The bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water, with Dove brand soaps and lotion. The bed offered a choice of firm and soft pillows, and combined with the blackout drapes, set me up for good sleep. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.

The only thing that could have been improved for me was the coffee at breakfast, and it wasn't awful, it was just obviously syrup injection-type instead of fresh brewed. Everything else was good. Legit, a solid hotel.

Everything! Upon arrival, exterior was clean, not a single piece of trash. Foliage was beautiful, healthy and trimmed. Security fence around the property was esthetically pleasing, logical and appreciated. Lobby was also all of those things, as well as spacious, inviting, and the furniture/water feature was awesome! Staff was welcoming, informative, and well presented. Room was easy to locate, with multiple exterior entrance doors and convenient parking. Our room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was a good size, although coffee maker in the bathroom was a little weird. Plenty of linens and soaps, etc. Large TV with plenty of channels for any interest. Room was quiet. Never once heard anyone in the hall or in another room. Microwave and fridge/freezer worked well. Exercise room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was awesome! A lot of options for young and old. All hospitality staff was so nice throughout the hotel. Pool/hot tub was great too! We even got some late night snacks from the front desk and they were fresh and reasonably priced! 5 stars! Will definitely stay again and definitely recommend!

Excellent central location. Clean, well-maintained hotel. Beds and pillows were great. Lobby was clean, spacious, and relaxing. In-room facilities (chair, desk, etc) were comfortable, simple, and practical. Showerhead was good. Keurig machine in the room was a money-saver. Pool was heated and conveniently located. On-site laundry was useful. Enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel when visiting Eureka again next spring.

The staff was hit-and-miss. Most were professional, friendly, and easy to deal with, but a couple of the younger female staff members seemed genuinely annoyed that I was interrupting whatever it was that they were doing behind the front desk when I approached with routine requests or questions.

The breakfast was excellent. Food was yummy and plenty of it. Nice verity of healthy food options and some yummy treats (hot cinnamon rolls). Food area was always clean and lots of tables to eat at with different heights of chairs to choose from.

The pool and hot tub were indoors so you could use facilities without regard to weather conditions. However, the pool area always seemed to be overrun by lots of loud and running children of all ages. The pool/hot tub area was not really conducive to travelers seeking quite relaxation.

Amazing! A beautiful hotel at an excellent price. Everything was quality! The beds, linens, and the lounge area at entry is warm and inviting. Jessica at check in was awesome. This is pet friendly! The breakfast was over the top good; sausage, eggs, freshly ground coffee. Yumm.

Nothing. It is a number one on our list of chain hotels

This is one of the most modern chain hotels I’ve ever seen. Beautifully decorated, sleek and fun vibe. There is a great lobby with a fireplace and big screen TVs with numerous tables set up. You can play games, sit and read or just gather with your travel mates. The bedding was super comfy. The pool and hot tub were great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed in a couple of hotels in Eureka and have never been impressed. Believe me when I say you will not be disappointed in this place.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than I've had at any other hotel, though admittedly I don't get around much. But certainly better than a regular continental breakfast.

The view was of the parking lot and main street, and the hotel hallways tend to be very warm and stuffy. Usually I am quite critical, but aside from the price and the abovementioned, there wasn't anything to complain about.

They charge so much and the breakfast was lacking. I’m used to the quality of the included breakfast in hotels, however, they didn’t even serve fresh eggs. I think for the price, cleaning and/or refreshing the room should be automatic. They only leave enough coffee pods, cups etc for one day.

Everything was great, but, in case you want better points, have your staff greet folks with standard greetings when they see a customer, I know this might be a bit too much but we're observing this type of skill set, LOL, love you all..

This time I didn't like the breakfast very well. I thought the eggs weren't good, but there are a lot of options, including yogurt, toasted bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and more. I just thought the buffet was better during past trips.
