Conveniently located and wonderful staff.

For some reason, we got the "handicapped" room which was conveniently located for easy room access, but took a little getting used to the shower! Other than figuring out how to shower without turning the bathroom floor into a pond, everything else was wonderful.

Breakfast was more than just danish so very nice. Attendant was on top of everything keeping food coming and things clean. Bed very comfortable.

Walls a little thin and poor toddler next door had a bad night. Finally turned on fan to drown out noise. It may help if you add insulation around the doors. Also for those like me who need it dark that would help. Just a suggestion.

The rooms were very large and we were welcomed when we checked into the hotel. I did the online checkin process and upon entering, the receptionist handed me the keys with no signature required. Super easy and smooth checkin process.

The hotel did not have many amenities besides the room itself. The breakfast was decent but the options were limited.

Location was great. Close to the airport and very bright at night. The property was well kept and clean. Beds are very comfy and the rooms came with ac, microwave and fridge.

Our door to the room was difficult to open and close. The bathroom fan didn’t work well so there was a lot of condensation and there was only one trash can in the room. Also there isn’t an elevator.

Super clean! Easy access from Hwy 101. Close to Arcata. Price to value was good. Staff was great.

Parking a bit tight, breakfast lounge small and could not accommodate the number of guests. Could not find a trash can or ice machine in our wing. Not enough outlets near the bed. (Easy fix)

It was an easy check in and check out. Great restaurant next door!

I can’t say that I didn’t like it, it was exactly what I expected of an older Motel.

The beds were comfortable, the room good sized. They offered a full breakfast with eggs sausages yogurt, toast and waffles. The staff refilled often. The front staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing. It was a great stay.

Very well taken care of hotel considering it’s age. On the opposite side of the 101 without all the other hotels so the homeless population is much smaller.

The parking is very sparse as I had a difficult time finding an open spot all nights I stayed. Hotel was a little more expensive then I’d prefer but considering the summer time it made sense.

Everything went smoothly. Room clean, bed and pillows fine as was bathroom.

No fault of hotel but upstairs neighbor woke up at 3am and stomped around for 10 min and startled me by dropping something heavy on floor. Nice.

Housekeeping was wonderful!

I couldn't stream from my device to the TV--the TV wasn't connected to the internet, so I couldn't connect to it.
