Nice place with comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed in the 1BR suite which gave our family plenty of room.

We could hear footsteps from the room above and it was very loud. The breakfast was free, but limited to oatmeal, cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt, muffins, and fruit. Nothing cooked, but I would have liked one of those waffle makers. The area isn’t bad, but when I opened the window at night, I could hear traffic and some riff-raff. Instead, I kept the windows closed and ran the AC instead of the fresh air that I preferred. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was a warm temperature, however there’s no hot tub which would be nice.

Many things: Generous breakfast choices including boiled eggs, muffins, breads, fruits, various cereals and granolas, orange juice and milk. Good coffee and a variety of teas. Very clean bedroom and bathroom. Felt secure with only one entrance in. Microwave and refrigerator and coffee/tea in room.

My view from the window was lacking but that doesn’t reflect on the hotel, just the neighborhood

Room was nice, spacious, and bed was good. Would have liked an additional pillow. Good value considering rates at other hotels and the fact it was a holiday.

The facility only had one elevator and it was pretty slow, so we often took the stairs. Pool not the best. Initially I received communication that an early check in at 2pm could be accommodated, but upon checking in around 220, I was told it would be a $50 fee and to come back in 30 minutes.

It is conveniently located right off the 101 so if you are going north or south you have quick access. Close to Old Town Eureka.

The surroundings are plain. Not bad but you are just off the main travel route. Older hotel. Showing some wear. Not “electronically” as friendly as newer hotels. Continental breakfast used to have more offerings.

The fact that I was able to get a room last minute. The first hotel I got that was supposed to be an Airbnb ended up being a motel 6 in the worst part of town I was followed to my room buy two very large gentlemen so I needed to get a new place quickly and I was able to get a room within minutes.

The free breakfast was a little cheesy

The room was spacious and well furnished. The in-room coffee was a plus and there were plenty of towels for the number guests that were expected for the room.

The location of the family room was kind of a spooky walk from the front desk, but the children enjoyed it and took it in stride like an unexpected adventure. The breakfast was not available on the days that we stayed.

I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable the staff was very nice.

I did not like the breakfast that was part of your hotel stay it really needs a facelift it did not look appealing actually I did not eat anything in there I just took two bananas.

The room was very large and very clean. Bed was comfortable and we both slept very well.

Breakfast was disappointing. The a/c did not seem to cool the room. To be fair, the humidity was very high so the unit did not dehumidify the air enough to really cool it down.

The setup of the room, the posters from different years of their local jazz festivals told a story. And when the hotel discovered there was a leak dripping down to my room they were able to accommodate me in a timely fashion to a great room.

Not many food options in immediate area but 5 minutes walking or so you'll find options downtown.

They have wonderful staff checking people in, and 3 people were helping when I walked up. The lady I had was super helpful and friendly. At check out it was the same way, and everyone was very friendly and nice. The room was very clean and cozy.
