Our room was very spacious and clean, we liked the facilities and the walk-in shower. The room also had a big TV with streaming services which we enjoyed after a long day. There are also ChargePoint stations near the hotel if you're traveling by an EV.

Very limited hot breakfast options (we got scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausages). The other thing is not under the hotel's control but our upstairs neighbour was extremely loud stomping around the room late at night and early in the morning. If that's an issue for you, try asking to be put on the top floor.

The hotel was located close to the event we were attending. The front desk staff were efficient during the check-in and checkout process. The room was spacious and clean. The WiFi was free and had a good, clear signal.

There were not clear signs that a portion of the casino was a smoking section, given that California is pretty much smoke free at this point. To stay out of the rain going from out hotel room to the hotel restaurant we were directed down the various hotel corridors and this led us straight into the smoking section of the hotel, which greatly irritated our lungs. Also, the shampoo, conditioner, soap dispenser tray in the shower is in a terrible location where, depending on your height it will either hit you in the side/hip area or your elbow no matter how you move around in the narrow shower stall.

My boyfriend and I went to see Bone Thugs and Harmony and it was amazing. So safe feeling and such a good time with the concert, casino, nice room, etc. It was a bit loud later but we expected it... would've liked to have a constant fan or white noise going all night but the fans are on a thermostat so I played a youtube fan noise to drown the noise out. Anyway, overall it was a very good time and we hope to visit again!

Wasn’t sure what to expect because it’s a casino but it was one of my favorite stays while I was on my road trip . I love that the hotel is attached to the side of the casino not on top ( like most ) it looks like they just built it because everything looked brand new and our room was so nice and clean . Check in was easy the receptionist was very nice and they’re pet friendly which is always a bonus . Then we walked to the casino right next door and checked it out it was very cute and we ordered some ice cream from the restaurant in the Casino paid 7$ for 2 bowls and ate it back in out hotel room it was a very nice stay and definitely will be coming back !

On the last day we had breakfast at Alice's and we were the only people in there. They took our drink order and brought me my drink and forgot to bring my husband's drink. Then nothing. We were forgotten about. I had to ask for them to take our order and by this time my husband didn't want his coffee. They took the order and my husband asked for the vegetarian breakfast sandwich. The food comes out and it's the wrong order for him. It was an egg omelette they brought out. So the stay was nice but would not recommend Alice's. We were the only people in there for 20 min. Horrible service. There was 2 severs a cook and it looked like someone else came up to chat with them too as we got ignored.

We did not like the first room they gave us as it had a view of the roof top! Not a pleasant thing to look at! So we requested to be moved and the front desk mgr named David Glickman ( i think thats his name) moved us to a room with a much better view. It made all the difference for us to be able to see something pretty! Thanks to David!

We had a very pleasant experience. We especially liked that the hotel was very clean!! The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The room was a nice size, the beds were comfortable, nice TV in the room, a very nice shower. Convenience of a restaurant in the hotel.

The food at Alice's Restaurant was just ok. We appreciated having a restaurant close for convenience though.

Mini Las Vegas! Casinos aren’t our scene and I don’t understand why people see anything attractive in them. We just used the hotel as a convenient overnight stop on our travels. The hotel could do with more outside spaces - seats, flowers, plants - though I guess this might divert you from you wasting your money inside at the gambling machines!

It was nice and well laid out as far as the floor plan for the hotel and casino goes. Having to go through the whole casino to reach restaurants is kinda odd but it still flows

The hours for the hot tub and pool are too short. There could be an adult time after 9 pm until like 12:00 am

SMOKE FREE! Smoke free gaming floors, restaurants, hotel rooms! The restaurant service was excellent, we were here for my birthday, we had picked up one of my favorite celebration deserts at bakery and we wanted ice cream we came down to the restaurant 15 minutes before they were closing and they were so gracious, saying of course come in and enjoy the celebration. Also all the food we had was very good—especially the sushi bar, the head sushi chef was attentive to the people he was serving, the presentation and tastes were exactly what I anticipated! Loved our experience at both restaurants…
