breakfast wasn’t great

The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. We could hear the TV from the next room all night. Some posts mention the homeless in this area. Parking is underneath the hotel, and they lock the gates at night.

The pillows were hard. The breakfast was just prepackaged muffins, bananas, and yogurt in the office where you chrck in. The strangest thing... it was if they came in the room and sprayed bleach just before we walked in. The bleach smell was very strong.

The front office manager was very friendly. He offered to move our room so we were on the quiet side due to a concert happening on the other side.

Barking dogs in the middle of the night. Maybe have some of the hotels with dogs and the other animal free?

Nice convenient location, good attitude, pretty good to-go breakfast. Can’t figure out nothing bad about the hotel.

The coffee machine was rusty and I never tried to use it, but with the Starbucks next door I didn’t need it.

Located in a very strategic area in the historical district. Easy access to avenues heading north and south bound, walking distance to eateries. Convenient elevator access from parking lot.

Does not have a sitting area for coffee drinking.

The area was a little scary. Homeless people sleeping on the streets. Buildings in the area had gang graffiti.

Very clean and pleasant stay.

Parking is limited on the ground floor. Larger vehicles might have difficulty and it appeared spaces might run out.

Decent price. Great covered parking. Nice staff and small balcony!

Dated, needs renovation. Better options in the price range sold out in town.

The location is great, downtown and the Waterfront are reachable by foot ; parking garage was good

Me personally I prefer more cozy places with attention and love for details but it was alright

Walking distance to restaurants and parts of Eureka we like to see. Liked the covered parking, staff always super
