Super facility, beautiful and very clean! Nice hotel room which was also very clean. Food was the best all inclusive we had so far. If I could rate, I would give a 4 out of 5. Huge selection, we could always find something tasty. Great pools and activities. Very nice animators!

The drinks… The coke/fanta often had no bubbles. The fruit juice had no/low fruit content. The waiters at the breakfast/lunch/dinner were very unfriendly. Unfortunately you have to order the drinks and it felt that they were giving a favor by bringing you what you ordered. Sometimes making a face as well. They were very slow asking for our orders and taking the unused plates/clean the tables even when it was not busy at all. Cats around the place… Smoking!!! I understand that there are smokers, but there were areas like the children’s pools where it was not allowed to smoke, yet many (!) adults were smoking and no staff was there to remind them of the rules. I reported it 2 times but there was no follow up on that even though I was promised to have someone walking around…

A lot of pools, very tasty kitchen, clean, friendly staff, modern rooms (lagoon suite), activites for children...

Staff on the pool bar need help. Everytime was long waiting for drinks. It needs minimum 3 or 4 staff at pool bar... Every day was very noisy evening music at main place. I understand, that was entertainment for people, but it was very noisy - if you want speak with somebody, you have to go outside enetrtainment place... I thnink, that disco party can be3 or 4 times per week, no every day...

Most of the things! The food was superb, the resort was very clean. It has several different types of saunas (steam room, finnish, bio sauna, salt room) - all free to use. Also, a spacious and well-equipped fitness center. The beach is sandy, wide and well-maintained. The entrance into the sea is quite shallow - you can walk almost all the way to the buoys - perfect for kids.

We didn’t use the kids club, and outside of it there are not too many kid-focused activities.

The food was excellent, the property was well maintained and clean, and the staff were great.

It was very noisy. From (8 pm until 12 am) it was always loud music everywhere. The beds could be better in terms of size and comfort.

The cuisine is just perfect, better than in any other hotel or restaurant in Turkey (except maybe other Tui hotels). Many sport activities, very good trainers from all the world.

In Flavor restaurant which is a la carte and supposed to be better than the main one, the service was incredibly long, the place was too loud and we didn't like it at all. When a guest service representative came to ask us about our feedback, we shared this but he just smiled. The main restaurant is much better in service.

We were surprised - starting from a very pleasant stuff, they offered early check-in and late check-out, they were very helpful with car rent and other facilities! The territory is clean and green! They really take care of it every day, lots of flowers and clean beach near the hotel. We compare with other hotels, of course. Here, the price and quality level exceeded our expectations. The food is fresh, and they try to arrange something different for the events. There's spa (hamam, sauna, massage) and sport activities. The internet is good. Cleaning is also OK.

If it's critical for someone - take your own toothpaste and shampoo; there's just a soap in the bathroom, but for comfortable stay it's not enough (I suppose).

Staying at Tui Magic Life Masmavi is simply a party! We are not all inclusive vacationers but there is nothing the resort didn't think of. The staff is so sweet, the swimming pools so clean, the lounge chairs so relaxing, the food so plentiful (we had baklava every night!), the music and entertaining is well balanced and there are pockets where you can get away from it all which we welcomed from time to time, the Chill Bar, the Adult pool, the rooms, the billiard bar etc. The rooms are quiet, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms clean. There was entertainment every single night which our kids very much enjoyed and we got to dance every night as a family too - the silent disco was a hoot! It was the perfect grounds for a fun family vacation.

+ Very peaceful and green hotel, with a nice beach and large gardens giving botanical garden vibes. + Spacious and comfortable rooms. + Food was mediocre, expectedly so given that it was off season. + Plenty of activities for adults, very well organised.

- The hotel needs to strictly follow no-smoking policy in closed spaces. There was an area outside Wunderbar, down below the main restaurant where people were constantly smoking while the afternoon cakes/coffee were being served. You could also smell the smoke at the entrance of the restaurant which is obviously disgusting. I talked to staff about it but the response I got was not satisfactory. The fact that there are curtains covering a normally open area in the winter does not justify allowing people smoke.

I was so impressed with this property ! Everything about it is amazing, especially the entertainment. I’ve traveled a lot and I don’t think any hotel has had such amazing entertainment. Pool parties, night life, family shows , it was so much fun! The food is WOW ! There’s so much food, you don’t know what to eat first. It’s really delicious. They even have a kid restaurant . There is food at all times throughout the day so 24-7 , you will not go hungry, they really over do it with the food . The grounds are nice and well kept, everything is so clean. Our room was clean and big. The pools were also clean, there were so many beach chairs all around the pools, I read a previous comment that there weren’t enough beach chairs but I’m not sure what they were looking at, there’s literally beach chairs everywhere ! Their beach has plenty of beach chairs and it’s all covered which is super nice. It really got hot when we were there so there’s a pool that has shade at all times which was super nice. The staff are really nice, make sure to do the dinner that is reserved it’s so worth it. They also have a kid center for kids but it’s only open 9-12 and 3-6. They have lots of kid activities on site.

Kid center was only open certain times. Would have been better if it was open 12-3 because that’s when it was the hottest so it would have been better if the kids were inside then.

- The food was great, lovely, caring service staff. Very relaxed atmosphere and clean. - It was not overcrowded this time of the year so had a great experience. Did not have to queue for anything at all. - Excellent restaurants. I would rate them as follows: 1- The levante - the best food experience we have ever had. 2- green curry - second best 3- flavour - not bad. but not as good as the levante. It was egyptian menu on our day. (they switch between countries each day) - Icecream, drinks and french fries stalls between lunch and dinner were a God send. - During our 4 day stay, we did not need to go out into the city at all. - Spa was excellent - Excellent sweets and cakes menu. very tasty food - Wifi range and internet speed was unbelievable. Had excellent coverage throughout. Even at the beach. - Do not miss the spa.

- The room was right next to a construction site for a new resort next door. Very loud with constant banging, drilling and beeping trucks passing by. - The only one, outdoor heated pool was cold. (they have an indoor heated pool aswell but did not get a chance to try) - Shop is crazy expensive. Prices are about three times the original. Make sure you buy stuff while travelling from airport to resort. There are several grocery shops enroute. - Bathroom could use an exhaust fan and a brighter light instead of a dim orange light. (We stayed at the village). There was no wind flow, even though we kept the bathroom window open and the bathroom took ages to dry. It started to smell slightly because of this.
