The room was as advertised and was the hotel in general. The staff were very helpful and always accessible. The breakfast was great and loved the juicer! Great sunset if you are facing west but I'd recommend heading down to the beach to see as well. It was extraordinary. If you have your own car the parking is on premises and included. We didn't use any other amenities besides the swimming pool which was great. The quality of the hotels in the area are limited but this was worth the price and was an excellent place to stay.

I thought getting charged 5 EUR for coffee at the pool was not necessary. The location is slightly out of the way by foot - about 20 minutes into town. However, if you have your own car it is quite easy. If you drive contact the hotel in advance as GPS may take you to a road that is difficult to navigate but the hotel has a much simpler route that was quite easy and useful to get in and out of town by car.

We were there for 2 nights. Breakfast and evening meals were really tasty. Lots of choice for breakfast and it changed slightly each day to freshen things up. There was lots of choice on the evening meals with courses ranging between 20 to 30 euros. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (both in the hotel and restaurant). The hotel is a 20min walk from the town and they provide directions. The hotel has its own private stretch of beach that it provides a shuttle to (5min walk from town so you can get that down and back). The beach has a lot of rocks and is not sandy. Loungers are provided but the facilties there are not great. There is a sister hotel of which has a private ate beach on site and there is a free shuttle.to that. There is also a restaurant there which they can book for you. The shower is really good. We still believe the hotel is a fair price for what you get compared with others in that location and were happy we stayed there. There is also free parking.

We visited in October, so the rooftop pool not being heated wasn't the best. You can see the sea however from the hotel you can't see the old town or the beach around it. The toilet and shower are in a glass box with the room. This is partially screened off from knee to shoulder height. This wasn't the most practical and really makes the room suitable for couples only. The location is out of the main town which means it's not the most ideal dor going out in the evening for food.

The hotel is very attractive, beautifully clean and comfortable. I haven’t slept so well in a long while! The surrounding trees make the hotel feel like it’s in a tropical location. It is very peaceful, yet only a 15 minute walk to the town. The pool is gorgeous - beautifully warm and plenty of comfy sun loungers. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety.

Nothing really, it was near perfect. The only thing I’d change is to be served a pot of coffee at breakfast, rather than just a cup. However, the very attentive staff were happy to bring a second cup when asked.

This hotel exceeded our expectations !!! Could not find fault as everything and everyone was of such high standard. The hotel was magnificent the grounds so well taken care of and the rooms and common areas like the pool and breakfast hall were so well equipped so clean and well maintained . The staff are exceptional always so friendly and willing to help we found Matteo at reception a superstar !!! He is the gold standard of excellence in service ⭐️ . Breakfast was fantastic and if you can possibly leave the amazing pool area the hotel offer chairs and umbrellas at their own private beach . We truly had a perfect stay . Thankyou so much

Can’t think of one single thing we didn’t like

The staff at this hotel in all departments are absolutely fantastic. Customer care here is first class. Felt it as soon as we arrived and were checked in. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and great quality. Fruit so fresh and enjoy making your own orange juice - just need to know the trick! The highlight in this hotel is the evening meal, restaurant and staff. It is great value for money. We dined there both nights as the food, ambience and service was just superb. We so much enjoyed the food advice and interaction with Marco, Fabio and Vincenzo - what a credit and asset they are to this hotel.

Only drawback is it is at the top of a hill. Shuttle buses weren't running as I think we were out of the main holiday season. Not a problem to us as we are quite fit. Had a great couple of days exploring Cefalu which we loved. Walked to and climbed up to the famous castle. Harder than we expected but worth it for the views.

The hotel was lovely, super relaxing and a great breakfast and pool. Without doubt though the best thing were the staff. They were always smiling and helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks to Irene, Matteo and Chiara for such a lovely t holiday.

The were were some wasps around that were a little annoying but no big deal and didn’t seem to have any interest in humans or stinging. They just wanted ham 😀

Wonderful accommodation with the most fantastic staff. The manager at the front desk was incredibly friendly, answering every question we had and offering support when needed. When arriving, there was a leak with the air conditioner in our room and the staff acted promptly, offering us complimentary upgrades to a private room which was sensational. Although it is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Cefalu, it is much better to stay in this location. The pool is beautiful and tranquil. We visited the sister hotel, Le Callete and much preferred Albero Del Paradiso. There are also facilities on site such as a gym, beauty (hair and nails) and massages. Buffet breakfast was also 10/10, this is really rare for Europe. The best breakfast on our 2 month European trip. Would certainly stay again.

The location of the hotel is spectacular. You have the peace and tranquility of the hills and greenery but are 5 minutes away from the beach and the busy life in cefalu town. The swimming pool is also quite spectacular with stunning views and set in green. The food is great and restaurant location again within a beautiful setting. The staff are absolutely exceptional - friendly and efficient at all times.

The hotel is traditional in decor but i actually love that. There are some rooms more modern than others and a few areas of the hotel that look slightly older.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Service in the restaurant was very professional and the cuisine was top quality. The hotel has a great outdoor swimming pool shaded by trees. The prestige room was very comfortable with a spacious balcony. The shuttle service to the beach is really convenient and very reliable.

It's quite a long walk to the centre. Going down is ok but a lot of steps to come back!

Welcoming and professional staff. Good selection at breakfast. Pool was excellent with a pool bar and snacks. Food was delicious. We went to the reef club twice and worth the extra charge. Stunning bay and crystal clear water to swim and paddle board.

In a quiet residential area on a hill side. Fantastic views but a 15 minute walk uphill at night. We knew this and it was not a problem. Some people got taxis as the shuttle bus only runs during the day. You just need to be aware.
