Impeccable staff - friendly, courteous and helpful. Excellent location - close to many of the sights but on a quiet street away from the crowds. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nicely appointed room and bathroom with quality amenities and nice big, fluffy towels. Excellent choice at breakfast.

I was so impressed with his hotel , first it is literally five minutes walk to effel tower and less than ten to the river , the staff are very friendly starting from the reception when they greet you to the rooftop where you have honestly can have one of the richest and most delicious breakfasts , we were truely impressed , and the guy who serves you is like royal level professional 🙏🏼 the room is so cozy and spacious yet warm , the bathroom is amazing , the shower , the products they use , it was one perfect stay !

Wonderful 4 night, early December stay at this terrific 5 star boutique hotel. Lovely room with fabulous walk-in shower. Outstanding staff: Emily and Tom at the front desk were very friendly, and Lang (sorry if I misspelled your name!) provided outstanding service at breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Huge thank you to Rui, who is a SUPERB, extremely helpful concierge!! He arranged a great private driver for our customized itinerary on our last full day in Paris, as well as a car to take us to CDG (about 45 min from the hotel). Rui also suggested we use the spa on a rainy morning. Rui prepared the spa for our use — really nice jacuzzi!— and we had it all to ourselves. Muito obrigado, Rui! Great non-touristy neighborhood, too, although within sight of the Eiffel Tower. Loved our dinners at Café L’Alma (ate there twice!), Su Misura, and New Jawad, all on Avenue Rapp. When we return to Paris, we’ll certainly stay at the Hotel Juliana again (and again and again…)

Loved everything!

This hotel went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. From he moment I arrived, they had a cappuccino in my hand allowed me to use the beautiful spa to freshen up in and stored my luggage until my room was ready. The hotel team were very communicative before my stay even begun asking if there was anything I needed. They were able to arrange to have a masseuse come to the hotel and I had the most incredible in room massage of my life. The bathroom room itself was very spacious, with a huge comfy bed, bathtub and shower. And all the amenities you could imagine, robes, slippers, toiletries, etc...The spa downstairs was a real treat. With a jacuzzi, hot steam room and dry sauna the spa was perfect for recovering from my long trans-Atlantic flight and after my long Parisian walks. The location was great, on a quiet residential street, far enough away form the tourists, but close enough to walk anywhere. the Louvre was about 30 minutes away and the Eiffel Tower was visible, and about a 15 min walk. It was close to the Pointe Alma metro stop and many city buses. The staff were warm and lovely, very accommodating and eager to help if I needed reservations or suggestions. All said I will definitely return.

I am usually a pretty balanced critic, but I have nothing to complain about -truly.

The hotel is exquisite and luxurious. The amenities are amazing. The food is excellent and the staff are very helpful. The hotel is very close to the major monuments in Paris but is set on a very quiet neighbourhood. Oh, I enjoyed the use of their gym, sauna and jacuzzi. Finally, the bed is very comfortable, and their King Size bed, I presume, is a deluxe size.

My only suggestion is that they should consider having more English speaking TV options, especially for kids.

The Juliana Hotel was a great location for our short break in Paris. There is both a Metro Station and one for the RER within a short walking distance which made it a very convenient base - it is also an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower (which you can also see from the breakfast terrace). Our room was well equipped and quiet and the air conditioning was very welcome. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and service was friendly and efficient. All the staff were excellent, we particularly appreciated the advice of Rui, Charles and Emanuel who helped us navigate the additional security measures in place for the Olympics. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at this hotel was impeccable by all means. The design of the hotel and rooms was chic, modern and class. The attention to details from the housekeeping team made us feel that our room was always customised to our preferences which made us feel at home. The warm greetings and smiles of everyone at the hotel throughout our stay was heart-felt and sincere. Shout out to Roy and Emmanuel who always made sure our stay was nothing less than perfection. Overall, this is truly a 5 star experience that we would recommend for anyone visiting Paris and look for a luxury accommodation in an ideal location.

The service level from both Emmanuel and Rui were exceptional. They ensured all our details were at a premium quality and checked in with us a few times a day to ensure they can provide us with guidance, tips and reservations around Paris. Emmanuel planned the most exceptional visit to Champagne with a driver and at a five star restaurant that we still dream about. This was definitely a trip I will not forget. Emmanuel and Rui deserve a 5-star from us. This made the stay even better at this hotel.

We needed more water bottles in the room. 2 is not enough for 2 people. Also, there was no Kleenex in the room during our 4 day stay. Lastly, not enough light. And maybe they should remove the carpets.

This was my first family holiday to Paris, and the hotel’s location was perfect—providing easy access to all the must-see attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were amiable and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

Overall, nothing major to note. The only minor suggestion I have is that, as a non-French speaker, I had a bit of difficulty ordering room service. It was a small hiccup, but the food was good once the order was placed. Just a minor challenge with the ordering process.

Everything. It was a luxury boutique hotel on a very quiet street. However, every time we left to go get something to eat, we could see or walk by the Eiffel Tower so easily. This made it even more romantic. You’re very close to walking to most all attractions. Concierge was the best! Recommended a great restaurant the we went twice too! Uber can easily pick up and drop off if needed. We would definitely stay here again!
