The restaurant was closed for renovations but the staff supplied us with bread for toast and all the condiments. As well we were supplied with cereals, milk and fruit. The beds were super comfy and the room was quite large. Had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We will stay there again.

The shower over the bath is a problem as the bath is too high. Not good for older people and those with health issues. Bathroom could do with an upgrade which I believe is happening in the near future.

I did love everything! I don’t why they gave the hotel rating & review so low when actually it’s very good! The owner let us to checked in early, She really kind and beautiful person. They even offered variety of cereals, bread, jam & spread! I’m so happy that I stayed at your hotel with those service you guys deserve more appreciation from guest thank you. Pet are allowed to stay and no extra charge at all. ❤️ Definitely gonna stay there on the next trip. Thank you 🙏🏻

Parking and quiet

The booking advertised a “included breakfast”, this I considered not offered. On checking in I received two pieces of toast, and on entering the room I saw on the bench small jars of cereal, two fruit cups and some sachets of jam and butter ( as photo below). This did not meet expectations! On the second day of the booking, “the breakfast tray” was not replenished, and the room was only partly serviced, the bed not even made up.

Absolutely wonderful management. Large room. Refreshing pool. Restaurant food to die for wait staff and cheif super friendlyandhelpful. Well worth the visit. Outstanding. Must do place to eat and or stay. Very quiet

Location is of no fault of management. Was a walk to shop's not a complaint by any means. You will need to drive to town to persue the shops.

The breakfast was ok good selction but they didn't cater for gluten free had to buy my own bread. Location was ok just a little bit out of town if you don't have your own transport. The food in the on site restaurant was exceptional and great value for money. The hosts couldn't be any more friendly and helpful. The reason I came to Bundaberg was for the whales and Turtles I wasn't disappointed.

The New Owners where Great and Friendly. The Staff were helpful for my 7day stay. I didn't have a problem at all. When I head back that way I will stay again. Cheers.

The only thing I could say was the room needs a Heavy Clean but being the Motel has New Owners im sure they are doing what they can to have everything in place.

On arrival, the reception was so fresh and welcoming. The owner that greeted us was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was perfect. I can’t even describe how comfortable the bed was. It was amazing. The bathroom was huge (small things you appreciate when travelling with a toddler). The tv was ginormous. Honestly, just a very nice, friendly, comfortable stay. Can not recommend enough !!

Family room was huge, well laid out and there was complimentary breakfast in the room. The staff are outstanding, friendly and very accommodating. The food from the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. Great value for a family stay.

Couldn't find the key drop box for out of hours check out, so had to use the mail box.

Breakfast was different. There was too much milk for the two of us. Maybe it could have been adapted to accommodate special needs, e.g., gluten-free.

Ventilation in the bathroom could be better, even with the fan on, the floor was wet from steam after a shower. the towel rails were loose.

The bed was comfortable, the free breakfast is a great idea. The location was Good and the staff were very friendly.

The room was ok but needed a good clean. This was probably due to new owners and they were still finding their feet. The new owners have great enthusiasm and we believe they will achieve a great result.
