Everything about Caio Duilio B&B was delightful. The booking was easy. The response to all the communication was positive and quick. The checkin was comprehensive and easy. Our host and his staff were friendly, helpful, and unobtrusive. The room was a good size and meticulously clean and quiet. The shared kitchen facilities, if required, are good and very clean. The location could not be better. The value for money is exceptional. Yes, I recommend it, and yes, we will be going back there.

Good communication and met the property owner as agreed by text message. Everything sorted out on arrival including the door keys. Passport details were quickly taken for the registration. The room was fine. Comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice, very clean and everything was in good condition.

Great place, outstanding! The owner of the place, Carmelo, is a very nice man, kind and hosted us in an exceptional way. We asked for a recommendation for a nice place for breakfast, and he invited us (5 people!) at his expense, to a local breakfast at an excellent bakery a short walk from the place. The place is conveniently organized, the kitchen is convenient for guests to use, the room was very clean, water and coffee free of charge, the beds are comfortable. Very convenient entrance to the building, without stairs. Central location, 15 minutes walk from the train station. Don't hesitate, this a great place to stay!

Clean, large room close to train station, ferries and historical sites. Comfortable bed. Kind, accommodating owner (Carmelo) communicated well and allowed us to store our bags after check out time. Free breakfast voucher for local cafe was provided. Kitchen on premises had complementary bottled water and coffee.

No complaints. It should be noted that property is located on a one way street which can make taxi access challenging.

Located in a quiet side street, on the ground floor the room was surprisingly quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of space for a one night stay. The bathroom was quite small and the shower very small!Communication with host via WhatsApp was excellent and prompt. I would stay again for the location and the comfort. Close to great bars, restaurants and ferry / train station.

Good price. Good location. Good hospitality. Very clean. In general, calm neighbourhood and i guess if you book for more than one person e.g. for bigger room you will enjoy even more peace and quiet

Easy to get to from the train. Comfortable room for a short stay. Close to a university campus and good food! Many historical buildings and cathedral nearby.

We were fine here, but a very large person would not be able to get into the shower. It is quite small.

Well located, comfortable place. The room, a true single room, was larger than quite a few single rooms that I've stayed in and had everything I needed. Breakfast is provided at a nearby pastry shop which opens very early. It's a short walk to bus and train stations and also close to many restaurants

Cute little B&B, nice and close to everything. We were only here for a couple of nights but it was nice and quiet except for the first night. Host was extremely helpful and showed us places to go and where to grab some nice meals

There were som e street cleaners that decided tos tart up their machines and kept going for around an hour around midnight. This wasn't the properties fault but something to be aware of. Shower was tiny

Very clean, comfortable bed. Clean well-stocked bathroom (albeit with a small shower). Shared kitchen with fridge, kettle, coffee machine and generous supplies of coffee, tea and cold water. Carmelo provided us with an excellent restaurant recommendation and a breakfast voucher at a nearby cafe.
