Feels more like a home than a typical hotel because you have all the comforts of home there. The beds were comfortable! The full kitchen is great to be able to cook your own meals. We loved having the washer and dryer and put it to good use. It was clean and comfortable!

It is right by the highway which can be good for getting around and convenience, but at night that also means there will be road noise. If you like to sleep in complete silence it might make it harder. We sleep better with white noise, so we just played Spotify sleep sounds. The rest of the hotel is so quiet, we never heard other people the whole time we were here.

We got a great deal the night we stayed there and were really happy with the room. We looked at staying there again on our return trip a week later, and the price was about twice as much. That higher price was still pretty reasonable, but the room exceeded our needs so we stayed elsewhere. It was very comfortable. They didn't try to charge us some huge fee for the cat, which was nice. We would happily stay there for an extended period.

The coffee machine in the lobby was broken. The dryer really needed to have its lint compartment cleaned. It would stop every few minutes to demand that we clean the lint trap, which was already clean. The coffee maker in the room was confusing and difficult to use. None of these are really significant complaints.

The arrangement of furniture and utilities in the space. The price fri the room was excellent!

The coffee maker did not work at all. The first receptionist we had was rather cold; she was unhelpful, and unfriendly. We had booked for 3 nights but due to the snow storm we were not able to make the 2 hour drive to Wichita and were told we would only be charged for 2 nights. Upon arrival, the unfriendly female receptionist said she did not know anything about that and charged us for 3 nights. Her afternoon replacement, ‘Dan’ made up for it - as he was extremely helpful with the confusion over the bill and straightened everything out. He was great in every respect.

The space was perfect for our needs- full kitchen, private bathrooms, a little sitting area/living space. It worked perfectly!!

Our only complaint was that the direct tv in the living area did not work. There were no available channels and/or it wasn’t receiving signal. The televisions in the bedrooms worked but we wanted to watch a show as a family (my husband and I and our daughter and her husband), we don’t watch tv in our bedrooms. But even that was not a big deal. We don’t care that much both others may.

Facilities are well decorated and clean. The beds are very comfortable. I absolutely love their lobby coffee machine. It makes the best coffee.

Some elements of the room needs updating. The bathroom door has obvious water damage, the toilet seat needs replaced and the living room sofa feels really gross to sit on. Everything else about the suite is perfect.

I liked that it was a gated community with elevators and enough parking with a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. It met my needs perfectly for a girl's weekend. And the air conditioning was amazing. Oh and all three bedrooms had access to a television set. We did not use, but what a nice perk.

Front desk people were not always close to their desk, but they would answer the phones. Would have been nice to have a plaque advising what to do in their absence and or a bell.

The room was a small apartment with a standard range, microwave, fridge and laundry machines. Two tvs with cable and the minimum required to cook a meal and eat. Everything was very clean inside the apartment. Many restaurants and attractions at a walking distance.

Did not like that common areas were not very clean.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff was amazing. The location was perfect. The room itself, exceeded my expectations - I reserved a one bedroom. It also had a separate office room - it was like a 2-bedroom and the 2nd bedroom was the office. Such a surprise and a pleasant perk.

Not a single thing - awesome hotel!!

We have stayed here a few times. We love the location and the amount of space. We also love the cleanliness of the apartment.

We had booked a 3 bedroom apartment but were put in a 2 bedroom. It was not a big deal just weird. I am not sure that there is even a price difference between 2 and 3 bedrooms because the amount was not different. Just would have liked to know when we checked in that it would be a 2 bedroom.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a place with 2 separate bedrooms. And it didn’t disappoint. It was nice and clean. There were even tv’s in each bedroom and in the main area! I recommended this property to my family who hadn’t booked a hotel yet. And they were very pleased also.

Not a huge issue, however, there were limited towels and wash cloths available as we had to use a towel for a bath mat. Also, not all the restrooms had hand soap.
