Great location, very helpful staff, room and bed very comfortable, toiletries and hair dryer provided. Breakfast choices were great.

Shower head not the best, more mist than water

Excellent breakfast, lots of options both hot and cold. Enough hangers, extra pillows, desk, coffee maker, safe. Good sized bathroom. Underground parking in public parking below hotel. Staff was excellent. Microwave in lobby, grocery store next door. Easy walking distance to historic sights, cathedral, gardens, etc.

Small room. We had a twin bed configuration which made it tight. Two people cannot circulate around the beds at the same time. Parking in underground public car park does not have direct access to hotel, and because the hotel is on a busy street with dedicated bus lanes, finding access to the front entrance is not easy if you are new to the city. I think the hotel could provide more detailed instructions regarding the parking and luggage drop off/check in options.

The room, though compact, was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless. The location was excellent, right in the city centre and a short walk to all the sights of Amiens. There is also a great restaurant nearby, La Brasserie Jules.

The lifts were small and could not fit more than two people comfortably and the breakfast, while adequate could have been a bit better. For example, the coffee in the room was nicer than that provided at breakfast. But these are small observations. Overall, it was very good.

The receptionist, Eva, was outstanding. Courteous and helpful, engaging and very kind for all our requests for assistance. The bed was firm and excellent. Everything was very clean. The rooms were a tad smallish for two over four days! Breakfast excellent, and location next to the train station made it very convenient. I would recommend it and will return.

Rooms could have been a bit larger - and maybe a second chair for computer .. but there is not sufficient space!

Being next door to railway station and easy walking distance to places of interest, shops, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent- fresh and an array of choice.

Breakfast should be served earlier, room is too small, closet too small and the clothes bar runs the wrong way, lighting is not well planned, shower is only partially enclosed and you feel the draft and water gets on the bathroom floor, shower head only sends our a mist with inadequate volume to properly rinse, desk area is far too small, there is only one elevator and it is too small for the size of the hotel

Very good location in the city center, with large and cheap underground parking. Large rooms with nice, clean bathroom, with dispensers with soap and shampoo. Good wifi-connection. Friendly and helpfull staff. Copious breakfast.

We lost half an hour because we could not find our car in the underground parking lot. It was unclearly indicated how many floors there were in the parking space, and we kept looking in the wrong floor. The access door to our floor was hidden behind a very large moving escalator, so we missed it. Yes, we know the hotel is not responsable for the parking, but it's a small effort to provide clear indications in the form of a floor plan. Please discuss this with the parking lot manager.

Room was exceptionally clean, and for a stopover was just what we needed. The breakfast was good. The location was ideal in all respects - easy to locate on arrival (with a drop-off zone right outside the hotel), easy to leave on departure, and just 2 minutes from the very centre of town and its historic Cathedral of Amiens.

For breakfast, the eggs and sausages were perhaps a bit rubbery, but other than that - given the value for money - we were impressed with all that was offered. The hotel could perhaps do more to point out to guests the incredible monument (the Cathedral) and the renovated river/canal quarter that are virtually on its doorstep. Finally, it might be beneficial for the hotel to come up with an inclusive arrangement for the underground car parking (9 EUR for 24 hours) to make that side of things more simple - but it's a small matter in the scheme of things.

The bed was larger than anticipated and was quite comfortable. We were certainly not disappointed with our room. Futhermore, we were impressed by the offerings during breakfast. There was ample choice and staff were swift with restocking the buffet. Lastly, I wish to compliment the staff who were warm in their welcome and truly gracious hosts.

There was nothing that disappointed us during our stay here. Even the dinky elevator with its creaking noises had its certain charm. For some the lack of disappointedm might be a disappointment in itself.

Polite and helpful staff. Close to station, had lift, Close to laundry and with-in walking distance of shops, restruants. Breakfast was fair. We went for the ANZAC Day Dawn Service, Pick up time 3:00am and the staff had arranged basic toast, bread, cerial and pastries for breakfast.
