Excellent service for a table of 6. Ample servings; well cooked. Dinner menu above expectations. Salmon especially well cooked. Being able to order from individual items, instead of main item plus associated veggies for children, appreciated just ordering each item (main meat or fish, fries or other salad, etc) where child liked fish but "not the other stuff."

We liked the room with games, small tables, etc. for gathering with others staying at hotel. We were there on an off season but don't know how business groups there at one time might be in terms of any crowds. Especially liked smaller size of hotel, set ups for smaller numbers of guests, very friendly & what in our experience were well trained staff. Do not use my name, even 1st name in any reprinting, recommendation with your general advertising, etc.

The location was gorgeous. The staff were wonderfully helpful. I started getting sick during my stay, and they helped me find a nearby place to get checked out. After we discovered if it was COVID, the restaurant set us up outside so we could enjoy a nice meal. The decor is mildly steam-punky / modern, which I found odd, but everything was clean and functioning. I liked the hydration stations where you can get sparkling or cold water. I'd love to visit again without the COVID.

Customer service was on-point. Amenities were incredible and very accesible. The room had enough of everything for everybody; including space, layout, sitting, lighting and such. But the gym was the "best seller" for us the nomad-athlete souls.

The water temperature was measured at 82; but felt really colder even at 4pm on a super sunny and humid day. Had to flush the coffee maker with water three time because it smelled like old coffee and coffee residue was evident just by looking at it.

The room was very spacious and the bed super comfortable and supportive. The staff were incredible! Especially Eddy and Julia at the bar! Outstanding!

The location near the airport is great, but the walkability to conveniences and shopping is lacking, compared to some other areas in Orlando. The development of a mini mall or convenience center near the property would be beneficial

Convenient room layout, ammenities, and clean rooms. Work out room was nice. Nice pool area.

No comfortable chairs and I tried them all in and out. Ac unit blew on the bed. Noisy bar area. No info about the area.

They had this smart toilet which had the seat warm all the time and flushed and clean independently. Also the shower had great pressure and was instantly hot!

It is more like a place for groups and conventions than families.

I was there for a conference and the staff were simply amazing. The food that was provided for our conference was definitely a plus. The waiting staff were exceptional. The facility was clean and the different areas of the lobby were very nice.

I don't have any negative things to say about my experience here.

We liked everything! The rooms and property were decorated with a very modern theme incorporating different things/places around the area. It was very clean and updated. The staff was exceptional. They were helpful, accommodating, and very friendly. It was a wonderful place to stay!

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. I was impressed with how clean the hotel was. I enjoyed the restaurant and it made it very convenient. We will definitely return soon.

Spotless clean, new and relaxing

A lighter duvet or blanket is needed as an option as not everyone likes to cool down their room to freezing cold temperatures with air conditioning- would be best for the environment too
