We only spend 1 night, arrived pretty late and left early the next day. But for the time that we were there our experience was GREAT! But I can say that beds were really comfortable, room was real clean with sheets and towels were super white and clean. Area was very quiet at night time (I slept so good, one of the best). Staff (front desk, gift shop and breakfast area) were real nice, friendly and helpful. Sunwapta Falls were sooo near to hotel so I loved that. I wished I could have stayed a little longer.

Didn't spend enough time and no wifi (I was fine with out it, but others might not).

Breakfast was good, although a little more varied choice each morning would be nice. We spent five days, and it got a little boring. The staff is the definition of quality! One employee nicer than the next. We really hit it off with “ Lynn”. You are so lucky to have her. These people are so proud to work at this facility, and it shows!

We would have loved a small table outside to place a drink while sitting on the porch. Also, a small couch or a few comfortable chairs in which to sit in to read in the evening. The dining room food was very good, but just way too pricey to eat there every night. A hamburger should not run $40.00. Those are the only things that could have made our stay a bit more pleasant.

Location was great. Front desk staff were really friendly and gave us lots of recommendations of things to do in and around the area and accommodated for all of our needs.

We had breakfast included in our booking but we were a bit disappointed with this being purely vegetarian as I don’t think that was specified when booking. If you want meat options these cost extra; no meat was provided as part of the standard breakfast buffet which we found a bit strange as usually there’s a least some bacon and sausage and it’s the “fancier” dishes you have to pay for e.g. eggs Benedict

Great location, walking distance to Sunwapta falls - which were the best we’ve seen. We had 2 Queen beds, with an outside deck and chairs. Staff were amazingly welcoming- every member of staff in dining room or reception, bar, they all were super and nothing was too much trouble. They asked if we wanted a microwave snd kettle brought over, which they did straight away. Breakfast included was great. Lunches to take away were available . We a delicious evening meal.

Nothing. Wifi was on and off in the accommodation but generally messages came through eventually and we didn’t find it a problem and it was fine in the main buildings.

Staying in a national park is pretty special so location is unparalleled. I enjoyed the rustic look of the lodge and it was clean with comfy beds. I asked for a microwave & staff had one waiting in room. The table with chairs was nice better than sitting on a bed! The staff here is what really shines. I had a positive interaction with front desk - had a small issue and they provided solution without me even asking. I was really appreciative. I also witnessed a customer in the breakfast area calmed down by staff who again went way above and beyond to make it right for this lady. Lady was a Vegan having a meltdown trying to determine what was vegan or not. Put on a show for all of us eating our breakfast. Note that she came across quite entitled and attention seeking.. but the staff handled her "performance" with grace and aplomb & lady was pleased. Staying here was a nice way to break up the Icefields Parkway drive to really allow us time to enjoy all the sights. The included breakfast was very good - a step above the usual hotel fare. I liked the plain yogurt with mixed berries & a really good granola to go on top. My Mom had her dog and there was plenty of grassy areas - also with nice chairs scattered around. Lots to like about our stay as we felt relaxed and happy being in the middle of the Rockies.

We had a great stay here for two nights. The staff were excellent and so helpful. Our lodge was at the front of the complex and we were able to park right outside. The bed was super comfortable. We had an option to have firewood for an open fire in the lodge (which we didn't use) but I can imagine that would be great on the colder nights. TV worked well and we had tea/coffee facilities. My hairdryer didn't work but they found us another hairdryer straight away. The bathroom was quite small, but good enough. The restaurant was great, food was very good. We had breakfast each day and there was plenty to eat. We couldn't get much wifi in the Lodge itself but there was wifi in the main building that we could use. It's located well for the Athabasca Glacier and also for Jasper.

The only downside was the breakfast organisation. It was a bit chaotic with all the food and drink laid out in quite a small space.

I had a wonderful stay at Sunwapta Falls Rocky Mountain Lodge. The location is unbeatable—nestled right in Jasper National Park with stunning views and only a short walk to the falls. The cabins were cozy, clean, and had a rustic charm that fit perfectly with the mountain setting. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready with great tips for exploring the area. The on-site restaurant served hearty, delicious meals that made coming back after a day of hiking even better. A perfect spot for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway close to nature.

The location is convenient for those traveling the Icefield Parkway, being approximately half way between Jasper and Lake Louise. It is walking distance to the beautiful Sunwapta Falls and is a classic lodge-style accommodation with a small cabin containing a bedroom and bathroom with a small kitchen sink/microwave. There is ample parking next to the cabins. A nice breakfast was included at the on-site restaurant and we were given a 10% coupon for the gift shop. There was a fireplace in the room and at no extra cost, the lodge provided firewood and kindling. Even though it was high summer, this was a nice touch. The restaurant is roomy with patio seating available. The menu was large with good drink options and the food very tasty.

The bar closed early (9pm). It would have been nice to sit out on the patio in the evening and have a drink.

This resort is awesome. It definitely beyond my expectation given its remote location. But actually its room service, staff, room facilities. They provide mirowave, plates, bowls upon request. Sunwapta falls is just few minutes away. The most excited part of this hotel is the breakfast which is already included in the room cost. The breakfast is awesome especially the sweet- cripsy apple pie and other pies. It would be great if sausage is included in the breakfast. The location is perfect, right in between Jasper town and Columbia Icefield. We stayed here for two nights. We spent one day to Jasper town and

The complimentary breakfast was good. The restaurant at dinner the food was great, and the portion size was on the large side. Limited menu choice, although most people would find a suitable option. The lodge is great, although I had asked for a lodge near to the main building due to mobility issues. They were unable to accommodate this.
