We only spend 1 night, arrived pretty late and left early the next day. But for the time that we were there our experience was GREAT! But I can say that beds were really comfortable, room was real clean with sheets and towels were super white and clean. Area was very quiet at night time (I slept so good, one of the best). Staff (front desk, gift shop and breakfast area) were real nice, friendly and helpful. Sunwapta Falls were sooo near to hotel so I loved that. I wished I could have stayed a little longer.

Didn't spend enough time and no wifi (I was fine with out it, but others might not).

Great location, walking distance to Sunwapta falls - which were the best we’ve seen. We had 2 Queen beds, with an outside deck and chairs. Staff were amazingly welcoming- every member of staff in dining room or reception, bar, they all were super and nothing was too much trouble. They asked if we wanted a microwave snd kettle brought over, which they did straight away. Breakfast included was great. Lunches to take away were available . We a delicious evening meal.

Nothing. Wifi was on and off in the accommodation but generally messages came through eventually and we didn’t find it a problem and it was fine in the main buildings.

We had a great stay here for two nights. The staff were excellent and so helpful. Our lodge was at the front of the complex and we were able to park right outside. The bed was super comfortable. We had an option to have firewood for an open fire in the lodge (which we didn't use) but I can imagine that would be great on the colder nights. TV worked well and we had tea/coffee facilities. My hairdryer didn't work but they found us another hairdryer straight away. The bathroom was quite small, but good enough. The restaurant was great, food was very good. We had breakfast each day and there was plenty to eat. We couldn't get much wifi in the Lodge itself but there was wifi in the main building that we could use. It's located well for the Athabasca Glacier and also for Jasper.

The only downside was the breakfast organisation. It was a bit chaotic with all the food and drink laid out in quite a small space.

The location is convenient for those traveling the Icefield Parkway, being approximately half way between Jasper and Lake Louise. It is walking distance to the beautiful Sunwapta Falls and is a classic lodge-style accommodation with a small cabin containing a bedroom and bathroom with a small kitchen sink/microwave. There is ample parking next to the cabins. A nice breakfast was included at the on-site restaurant and we were given a 10% coupon for the gift shop. There was a fireplace in the room and at no extra cost, the lodge provided firewood and kindling. Even though it was high summer, this was a nice touch. The restaurant is roomy with patio seating available. The menu was large with good drink options and the food very tasty.

The bar closed early (9pm). It would have been nice to sit out on the patio in the evening and have a drink.

This resort is awesome. It definitely beyond my expectation given its remote location. But actually its room service, staff, room facilities. They provide mirowave, plates, bowls upon request. Sunwapta falls is just few minutes away. The most excited part of this hotel is the breakfast which is already included in the room cost. The breakfast is awesome especially the sweet- cripsy apple pie and other pies. It would be great if sausage is included in the breakfast. The location is perfect, right in between Jasper town and Columbia Icefield. We stayed here for two nights. We spent one day to Jasper town and

Being in the middle of nowhere, they went beyond our expectations. From their front desk to their restaurant staff, they welcomed and treated us very well. The place was amazing and our room was clean & comfortable. They made sure we have everything we need. Speaking of the dining experience, it was cozy and the food were delicious. Their beautiful receptionist even helped me with our Jasper itinerary & the restaurant staff made our birthday dinner unforgettable. Thank you, Sunwapta Falls Rocky Mountain Lodge team. :) Definitely, we will visit again.

If it's possible, it would have been nice to have a wifi connection in our cabin as well & an optional airconditioning for warmer nights like during our stay although we had a fan to cool it down.

The location was amazing, walking distance to the falls. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The free guest breakfast included some hot items and was delicious. All in all, a wonderful stay.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was no A/C or wifi. They did have a great fan in the room to help combat the warmth, so it wasn't uncomfortable, and we understand that most of the drive/areas through the mountains have no internet connection so again, this really isn't the fault of the hotel and helps keep you grounded in the stay and off of the internet.

Great location on icefields parkway. The accomodation is not fancy, but our room with 2 doubles suited our family of three (2 parents & teenager) just fine. Rooms have a small terrace and chairs so we could sit outside and enjoy a cup of tea. The staff go out of their way to help, providing us with a kettle, giving us hike suggestions. The evening meals were extremely good, the service very prompt, and the portions huge.

The shower was powerful, but the water only just hot enough; however this is a very minor issue.

Cleanliness, not noisy, comfortable bed, Good breakfast, close to falls, friendly staff.

Breakfast is great, soya milk was my favourite . It would be perfect if they add bacon and sausages. If they add bacon and sausages , I’ll come back here lol. Second that I don’t like, no wifi at my room. It would be great if they have good wifi signal every room. Other than that everything is great. I am okay for no wifi, but for my kids it’s a must have wifi. Due to this I might not comeback here.

Located very close to Sunwapta falls and about 40 mins to Jasper. Rooms have a cabin feel, so dated but roomy. Rooms close to parking spot. Staff was very friendly. Highlight was the adjacent restaurant. Food was pricey but amazing. The bison burger and meatball spaghetti are highly recommended.

Beds were double size so small for 2 larger adults. Expensive rooms for what you get, but somewhat expected for the area. Value good be better though. Could use more outlets for charging devices.
