The room was clean and comfortable. Some front desk staff were friendlier. Whenever I walked past the front desk, the friendly staff greeted me and said they hope I had a good evening, day or night. When I tried to take a warm shower, the water never got warm, even after letting it run a while. I called the front and informed them of the problem. Pat (I hope I remember her correct name) came to my room on the third floor and fixed the problem. She informed that in some rooms the direction for the hot water was backwards. Instead of turning the handle to the left, I had to turn it to the bottom left.

The unfriendly staff members appeared to be very busy on the computer or on their cell phones.

The bathtub is HAZARDOUS!! Soon there’s going to be a law suit against Marriott. The tub is slippery. It has no grip on the bottom and it’s very dangerous. My Sister in law fell in your tub. We are so thankful she didn’t break something. Her feet went out from under her and she actually feel out of the tub onto the floor. She is not an elderly feeble person. She hit her head and then landed on her tail bone. YOU NEED TO FIX THE TUB. ROOM 322. Employees said they could do nothing about it that it was a Marriott issue.

Nice rooms staff good location NO BREAKFAST included ..for the life of me cannot understand paying premium price and then be one of few chains that do not include breakfast. Many equal properties that do ..ill stay there

Bar area not open for dining because hotel was not busy. However, they had guest. Should be open for paying guest regarless

The location was perfect, the staff was excellent, and the cleanliness was great.

I don’t have any complaints. There was nothing I didn’t like. I didn’t try the breakfast or the pool.

Good location. Easy on and off I 20, close to the military park and an easy drive to historic downtown. Restaurants close by. The room had a couch in addition to the king bed which was nice. The bistro in the lobby was nice if you didn't want to go out for food or a drink. The hotel is very quiet which was great! There are signs posted reminding guests to be quiet and children not to run through the halls. We didn't use the pool but the pool area was very attractive.

The girl at the bar was super nice and made us great drinks! And didnt hesitate to take our order when she was busy! Amazing overall!

The only thing I didn’t like was the rude people who were staying there.

It was Christmas Eve and Rodney, the front desk manager, could not have been more friendly or helpful.
