The wonder chef Aman personally tailored the food for my sake and understood my minor concerns and health issues. This happened each time i showed up at the MoMo cafe. Not only it suited my health but also my taste and his preparations particularly the goan prawn curry were delicious !! Kudos to such attention and care. Also, the waitress Ali was very courteous and prompt in her service with always a smile on her face. I sincerely appreciate such respectful professional behaviour shown by her and others too like Pushpak. The man at the front desk (i am sorry i missed his name) was so humble, kind, service oriented and attended to me at ungodly hour of midnight of 22nd November too with grace and friendliness. And a smiling lady associate of his (again i am sorry i didnt note her name) at the front desk who guided me for WIFI connection. These experiences increase my confidence and faith in Marriott service and i may blindly opt for this brand in future! Best wishes to all the staff there. they are the true face of the hotel ! Even the personal purpose of my visit wasn't fulfilled but the hotel stay was at least comforting !

The hotel was like any other standard 5 star hotel. The layout was good with the shower and toilet being separate. We did have a small incident where the power went out in our room. It turns out the travel adapter I used short, circuited power and the safety switch was activated. They came and fixed it quickly.

There is no view at all from the room. We faced some rubbish dump next door.

I loved everything in Courtyard, except food.

I did not like the food. Breakfast and dinner was included in my package. Food was good but not excellent. As per my understanding, quite a few dishes was repeated, may be one day old items were served. Quantity was less. Overall quality of the food and verity of the foods in MoMo restaurant was not satisfactory.

Front desk and momo cafe service staff are excellent as usual. Room was clean and spacious.

First night, there was hourly outages in the room and the floor lights will come on when power came back. Due to this, woke up at 2am and could no longer sleep. Complained to the front desk... It was fine second and 3rd night. There should be a non slip mat in the bathroom cubicle as it's marble flooring and it's very slippery during shower. One can easily fall and get hurt.

The duty manager Mr. Tejas Bhagwat is so much helpful that he guided me to book local train ticket and give useful & practical advice on my long-distance business trip in various Indian cities. another duty manager also helped me to call the doctor to check my condition. overall the staff of the hotel is much more valuable than the hardware.

Food and location were perfect

Booking.com should stop use of credit card to block rooms. Other online options should be given for booking. Most guest would find that more secure than giving credit card details for fear of being misused

The staff is very polite and very helpful. Since I visited during Christmas the ambience was very nice with lovely decorations and good music. Would come back again to this property if the opportunity arises.

Checking of all facilities whether working properly before alloting rooms to next guest

The facilities were good (fitness center open in 24hrs, swimming pool), the staff is very friendly and the breakfast offers both european and local cousine. The location is a good area, safe and there is a mall, groceries etc. nearby. In short, it is a great stay for business travellers.

The check-in / check-out procedure is still a bit slow, but no big problem. Everything else is good.

Breakfast was ok , Need attention to Indian guest also apart from Foreign gust by your staff

Swimming pool was closed.
