The best location in Sozopol! Room no 313 was huge :) Side sea view was ok. Comfortable bed. Beautiful view from little lovely hotel terrace. Staff friendly and helpful. During the season hotel has an opened restaurant with terrace above rocks and sea at the historical wall od Sozopol - must be wonderfil experience to eat breakfast there :) in Oct/Nov it was closed and we go there a bit around, but its was ok.

Please fix the bathroom. The water was on the whole bath floor after shower (the shower door was closed od course). Room 313. We asked for cleaning one day but nobody came. Cannot go to the sea straight from the building after season.

Location was bomb, the rooms were big, bed was comfy, the view of the sea was insanely beautiful, the balcony was spacious too, the air conditioning was great, overall would recommend and would visit again for sure!

There wasnt an iron or hairdryer in the room, we were on the first floor, there's a restaurant with a live music till 23 h just below, we weren't bothered by the noise or singing but have this in mind. The hotel could use some renovations for sure, it looks kinda old and a bit busted at places.

The location of this property is amazing although difficult to find. We parked up and found it as there is a one way system in place and the roads are narrow. However it was worth the walk. Amazing views from our room with a balcony overlooking the bay.

There was no breakfast included which was disappointing. The rooms could do with a face lift they were a bit dated but the view outside made up for this.

Located in the old town of Sozopol, with a wonderful and relaxing sea-side view from the balcony. Very spacious room and clean. Helpful receptionist. We stayed at the hotel during the low season, when the restaurant was closed, and everything around was extremely quiet. You probably would get a different vibe when the restaurant downstairs is open during the high season.

Very spacious room but very basic facilities. Example: there was no hairdryer, however when I politely asked for one, they had it behind the reception desk. It also needs some maintenance for not working plugs and lights. Nothing major though, small details.

for the first time in Sozopol, I am realy impressed. the view was stuning during the night and the waves are a true medicine for your mind/spirit. :) also, the room, was quite spacious and cozy. the bed and the lining were clean and comfy too. at the 2nd floor, I've been booked, so fine and dandy for me. keep it up !

perfect location at the waterfront - perfect view for sun-raise; located in the middle of old town center

in the bathroom, there is no socket and no hair-dryer - perhaps not perfect for the ladies; after showering, the whole floor in bathroom is under water for a pretty long time

The view was amazing, room size was okay

Since we were there before the season started the restaurant did not work in the mornings and they served us breakfast the previous night which meant that by the time we were having it it has stayed outside of a fridge for 10-12 hours.

Great location, the balcony is the best part, right above the sea, fantastic view! Breakfast was great, staff very helpful. Located on a cosy cobbled street in the old town, beach is 3min walk. It's hard to top that really.

The best place to stay in the old town of Sozopol. I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back. Polite staff. Amazing view. Delicious breakfast! In my opinion it deserves a much higher rating on Booking.com
