When we arrived, everyone was friendly & check-in was quick. Our room was beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. The best surprise was the fantastic breakfast. They had toast, cold cereals, oatmeal, waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy! They also had coffee, apple juice and orange juice. It was fresh and delicious. I used to manage The Super 8 of New Castle, PA. It isn't easy to impress me but they did!

The ironing board in room 104 is broken. Please replace it. A couple of the grab bars in the tub need to be tightened too. Everything else was fantastic!

The staff was helpful when the key didn't work Got the door open and put us in another room. breakfast was a lot better than I thought it would be with biscuits and gravy waffles turkey sausage cereal toast and jelly oatmeal juices to drink milk to drink coffee to drink the area was very clean and they kept stocking food. Mexican restaurant right next door that was very tasty and priced Right was able to eat in the gazebo smoke there too able to walk the dog lots of walking area

Older furniture, bathroom sink and fixtures need repair but working.

Our room was exceptionally clean, decorated nicely, I'm located in a convenient place near a major freeway. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with information. To make things even nicer, we were able to bring our pet.

Although they were renovating their outer lobby, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

The breakfast was awesome. Check in was easy. Room was clean except for the whirlpool it was nasty. The hotel staff was nice and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was right off the interstate, the room was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast offerings were tasty, and the front desk team was friendly. And it was right across the border in Illinois. It was exactly what I needed and wanted for my cross-country drive and to avoid staying in Indiana.

Nothing to improve - it fit my needs to a T. And had I arrived earlier, the Guadalajara Mexican restaurant right next door looked like it would have been a great place to have dinner, too!

The hotel was a good place to stay for the night that is just off I-64. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and met our needs. We would stay here again.

I could hear people above walking back and forth on floor above. The coffee maker didn't have the part that you put coffee filter in so I couldn't make coffee in room. The breakfast could have had some yogurt or muffins

Quiet location. Pet friendly with hardwood floors. Good breakfast. Pet fee $15. Restaurant in parking lot. Would stay again.

The property itself is worn. Hall carpeting needs to be replaced. Bed was not comfortable. No local tv stations.

The location comes with DIRECTV, and breakfast is served starting at 3:45 in the morning. Location is fantastic and central to all locations in southern Illinois Hotel staff were wonderful to work with

One washer and one dryer were not operational, in the rooms could use a little more attention when it comes to cleaning
