The breakfast was amazing! I loved the automatic pancake maker as well. Traveling alone this time around and the staff made me feel very safe. They even placed me in a room close to a door so I could walk in and out from the side door without going through the hall way.

The room over all was amazing. I think the only thing I can think of that I did not like would be how loud the doors close. I feel like their should be something to help the doors so they could go slower.

Right off the interstate and the breakfast was decent.

Our room had dirty used wash rags still in the shower! We also had to go downstairs and ask for linens for the pull out couch, which we would think would be in the closet of that room.

Our family greatly enjoyed everything about our stay @ Holiday Inn. Especially the deluxe hot breakfast!! Scrambled eggs, omelettes, pancakes, sausage links, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, multiple choices of cereals and fresh fruits and juices. Keep up the great work!!

Both the employees (the young man at check-in, and the overnight lady) that my girls and I interacted with were exceptional! Location was perfect for the basketball tournament we were attending at North High School. Beds were super comfy, and the room with 2 beds plus the pull-out couch was perfect for all of us.

Walls/ceiling were very thin. The room above us apparently had an entire band come check-in about 2:30 a.m.. they had to have literally been moving furniture.

This hotel is easy to access off of the interstate. There are a few restaurants and amenities nearby. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The pool area was nicely maintained and had several balls and toys for children to play with. We stayed in four hotels in four nights, and this by far had the best breakfast of them all--we were very grateful!

The elevator wasn't as clean as it could be, and it had kind of a hiccup when it stopped between floors.

The food was very good. The bed was very comfortable.

The tv reception kept going out, but they said the whole area was having problems. The diverter was missing on the shower head, so only the hand held worked to take a shower.

Breakfast was better than I expected. The coffee machines made each cup fresh and they had french vanilla coffee creamer.

Hardly any breakfast available at 9 AM. we did manage to have a breakfast danish but no eggs of any kind scrambled or boiled, sausage, milk, (therefore we couldn’t eat cereal) no pancakes. Poor organization they were aware of their occupancy therefore they should have had been prepared for their customers. one guest got very irate due to no food and management threatened to call police, very upsetting to other guests, this could have been avoided if management had be better prepared.

The quietness of the hotel and the bed was great!

The remote for the TV did not work all the time and the breakfast was empty when I went at 7:30 am

Clean, easy access for travelers. Good comfy bed.

. Morning breakfast was depleted early and was told more was coming but never did. Couldn't wait. Holiday Inn Express was not so express that day.
